I've had NO interest in this menu. Not that it doesn't look good. It just seemed too good to be what the advertisements on the window are promoting. However, I've been noticing the upkeep of this place over the last month, and felt I could trust the food. Closed my store this evening and made it over to The Buffalo Spot, 5 minutes before they closed. It's beautiful inside. They only need 2 people to close (good sign 👍) The appearance of the store at the last stretch of the shift showed a deeper and more experienced close method, which allowed for full service up until after store hours if you order in-store "pre-close"; as a group of 3 had stepped into the building, and were kindly served after I placed my order. Oh yea... I forgot any items on the menu and just asked what they had ready to go. The cook said he had enough chicken for a Regular. I didn't know what that meant. Naturally, I said, "give me a regular". The cashier (her name was Ashley G) Asked which sauce I wanted. I look up and see a ton of sauces. I wanted the first one. Then I wanted the second one... I'm at the last one. I don't want to go back and eeny meeny miny in front of all these people. So I just picked the last one. She didn't holler the order back to the kitchen. She didn't have to. The cook was at the window watching, and focusing on the order at ear shot + had an order screen. Talk about triangulating an order.
The cook dropped me some brand spankin' new fries. Then had my order out before they closed. Ashley bagged my item in a durable paperbag Which I'm happy I got to test on my walk back home. She neatly folded and stapled the bag evenly.
These people had no problem conquering the last 4 orders on their way out the door. Cool as cucumbers, and didn't pressure anyone, or do the reverse guilt trip thing.
When she handed me my order I said, "Oh! Could I Get That For HERE?"...
...I gotta say. When an employee can LOL and return a joke in humbling moments like this. That says a lot to me about how well they are treated by their company, when added together with the impeccable service, and what I stated at the beginning of this book. I would rate the environment, and atmosphere a: "Bring the family 🥇" As for the quality of the food? I got home, and opened up a t.v. commercial. It was perfect 🤌 Melted cheese and so much flavor that these Garlic Parmesan Buffalo fries make Pizza Hut look like a lemonade stand. I'm going back for the HERSHEY'S Choco Banana milkshake. Saw that up there. I expect it will taste better than the advertisement promotes...
Read moreI never write reviews but this store has earned one. Today 12/26 my mother went into this location and ordered Buffalo fries and wings. Mind you my mother has celiac disease. Tim, the owner, took her order and when informed of my mothers gluten allergy he said “what’s that” when explained to him that it’s a wheat allergy, he was immediately dismissive and rolled his eyes but he assured my mother that there was absolutely NO WHEAT in the chicken or sauces. They went over this about four times, giving my mom the confidence to believe there is NO GLUTEN in the food she wanted to order, rightfully so. Because of this she did not inspect her food prior to eating, upon her first bite she immediately became ill. She called the store to make them aware of this mistake, simply wanting her money back as she wasted it on food she absolutely can not eat. Tim immediately became aggravated with my mother, stating “well how am I supposed to know what celiac is” “how am I suppose to know theres wheat in the breading” attempting to absolve himself of any responsibility, and refused a refund. So my mother went into the store to talk to tim again, where he came around the counter and got 6 inches from my moms face screaming at her, mind you my mother is 5’4 100pounds. As business owners and SaveServ card holders you have a duty to be informed on food allergies, and when made aware of an allergy, you are 100% obligated to ensure a SAFE dining experience for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. This establishment failed to do so resulting in my mother becoming extremely ill, and when made aware of their mistakes they take no accountability. The obvious solution to right your wrongs was to issue a refund, but yall were hurting so badly for 40$ that you refused. Therefore you can now right your wrongs in a court room. Your choice! Happy holidays and happy new year! :)
A refund does not negate the fact that you failed to utilize your SafeServ knowledge resulting in illness. Also Does not negate the fact that you and your husband obviously lack customer service skills and the ability to control your temper, which seems to be a common issue based off the many other poor reviews.
You’re trying so hard to protect your image under this review, when you should put that energy towards learning about allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure a safe dining experience, which you did not. Maybe take a lesson on customer...
Read moreI don't normally take the time to write reviews on places I eat at. I gave this place a try when it opened up at the northern location but there customer service isn't the greatest but I love there food and when I found out they had another location I decided to give it another try. I don't come in a lot because it is quit a ways from where I live reasonings why I would go to the northern location it is right up the street from me,But I will go out of my way to this location only because they are always so welcoming.Tonight was what really stood out to me to write a review and give them five stars. The night manager that was running the shift (I didn't get her name )was doing what you don't see as often as you should when running a food business. She was helping her employees in all areas. Taking orders cleaning tables checking on her customers and even checking on her employees asking them if they were okay. She really stood out tonight and even made sure I had everything I needed before leaving and recommend I try a shake.I will definitely keep coming back here!she made my night seeing a smile on her face doing it all.she definitely nailed her position! Keep her for as long...
