Our visit was in April, the Sunday after Easter. The place was disgusting. Parents don't know how to keep their sick children at home. But, as employees of a restaurant that appeals to kids, you know there are going to be A LOT of germs. So, there has to be a policy of wiping down the games and the prize counter multiple times a day. You could tell that the game area (where kids congregate the most) wasn't wiped down all day. And, they were letting employees go home early because it was "slow." My son woke up with pink eye the following day and then my whole family got the flu after about a week from going there. Garbage was left at tables for the entire time we were there, which was about 2 hours. Bathroom was horrible. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned the entire day (we went during the evening hours). The food was okay, even though they messed up our order, and is the only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars. But, the fact that their ability for cleanliness wasn't reflected in areas that were seen by customers, it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen actually was. From previous visits, the restaurant was actually clean and presentable during their high peak times when it was actually busy. Appears that their service has declined over...
Read moreTook my daughter here 9/8/18. The management may want to walk the floor a little better or often. The tables were dirty. Even after two hours that I was there. Other patrons food sat there after they left. The bathrooms need to be monitored. It felt like I was walking in puddles of urine. Your service is slow. It took awhile to get my food. When i did. It was wrong. I had to wait on top of that. Top it off. The cashier that assisted us told both me and my wife we could buy tokens and if we didn't use them we could return them for a refund. Then I went back with unused tokens. The exact same cashier denied what she said. I talked to the manager. She apologized. I didn't want a refund. I was upset the fact this young lady who was the cashier. Straight up lied to my face. Train your cashiers. I would suggest as well better routine for your dinning room and bathroom standards. Hire more people. I'm pretty sure peter piper can invest in this. Considering how much gross marginal dollars are being made in an establishment such as this. The only reason I give two stars instead of one. My daughter had fun. But your standards need to go way up...
Read morePPP makes the best pizza IMO, but they have some issues to address. For one the shopping security, my new trucks tailgate was stolen while inside PPP and they did nothing to assist me. I stopped going there but 2 years later our family is back, still with it a tailgate. We went during the buffet with my family and it was a complete mad house, with a line almost to the door, seriously these guys were a little understaffed or there were people not pulling their weight. Either way their layout isn't, I repeat ISN'T, setup to handle the massive crowds that wasn't too enjoy the buffet. This place was just remodeled a few years ago too. Seriously I know I could remodel that place to be able to function a like a well oiled machine. Maybe, lol. The point is there are professionals that audit such businesses to suggest improvements. Next, the games need be routinely cleaned and fixed, there's always broken games. However I like that they have been upgrading to modern machines, angry birds, plants vs zombies, etc. Even after all that complaining I love that place because I enjoy games with my 2 boys and they make the best pizza for a somewhat...
