Rudeness and Poor Customer Service (location has gotten much worse)
Called in order as instructed:
Asked to speak to Manager
More staff arrived (not mgr), they also didn't know about comp bev offer (mgr was standing to the side & had staff speak to me instead)
Male (staff member?) was extremely rude. "You have your order, why are you still here?" I replied I am not speaking with you - I am speaking with manager (so I thought)! However, male staff member continued to interrupt.
Manager allowed this uncomfortable situation to continue for several minutes - instead of just saying, I will handle this - go work somewhere else
I then asked the actual manager why they couldn't speak with me in the first place - esp since they were standing right there?! No explanation other than - "I was just telling them about the bev offer..."
That type of 'training' should be done separately from this interaction with a paying customer
No apologies were ever given despite the rude & unprofessional behavior exhibited toward me by several staff members
I have been a business & private customer for many years at many locations. I have frequently subbed cold bev for coffee with no problem (it was initially suggested/offered to me by diff mgr). However, I was refused this time and staff members were very rude about it
Additionally, the male "staff member" was NOT wearing any kind of uniform. This person was working the window & behind the counter. He was wearing very sloppy street clothes and his long hair was not contained while working around food
Really, there was no way of knowing if he even was was a staff member!

Location lacks Consistency. Frequently out of several flavors of bagels early in the day. (11/12p) Will not bake more - trying to 'encourage' customers to buy remaining flavors.
Look & Taste of bagels is often hit or miss. Some baked too much - some not enough.
Pics show Cinnamon Sugar, Blueberry, Asiago Cheese. Toppings are often spotty, missing and burned. They have tried to 'make' Cinn/Sug by adding to plain bagels after the fact - topping fell off while trying to slice bagel!
Customer Service requires 'all hands on deck' even when only 1 or 2 customers. Associates manning registers are sometimes slow, don't know their inventory or what has been placed in bags/boxes.

No other establishment comes to mind that is more chill to hang out in or that offers the level of relaxation I get while I'm here. Great coffee, great food, really nice employees, and a smartphone membership "plan" that really works for a change. Upon signing up for the plan I was granted a free bagel and cream cheese or what they call, shmear (probably not proper spelling) on the spot, no questions asked and most importantly, NO HASSLE! My birthday was recently and I actually received a notification from the app that I was being given a free egg sandwich for my birthday. Went in to redeem that and again NO HASSLE! In fact, on the day of my birthday you have no idea of some of the hassles I encountered by places regarding either their birthday offers or phone apps. Those mentioned establishments need to take a lesson from here on how it should be done because the amount of brain damage acquired from trying to simply participate in something they have designed and offer to either boost business by gaining new clients or trying to keep current clients or even previous is mind blowing. How do you expect to keep or gain a customer when your program is so difficult to understand or even insulting in some cases?? It's beyond me and rather than go down that road I will wrap this up by stating that I would recommend this place to anyone that likes great coffee, good tunes, great food, and a place where you can relax just to relax or relax and get something done without distraction. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure. Keep up...

Picked up the online order from the store, got home and realized a sandwich was missing and another sandwich was wrong. Drove 20 minutes back to the store to resolve. Told them that now the rest of our food was going to be cold waiting on the new order so we need a whole order made so we can eat together as planned. They agreed, After Waiting for 25 minutes in line for our new order to be made. We went to check on the order which still had not been started! At that point, I requested a refund, as I could not wait for the order any longer as it has been an hour and 20 min since the original order was placed! I was offered a partial refund for the original order that was messed up. At this point I told them I donāt want any of the order because what I do have is cold and 2 whole meals are missing or completely wrong. We are going to have breakfast together somewhere else. I left the restaurant with no food or refund for my order.Just waiting for the charge to clear to dispute the...
