Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Decided to visit the drive-thru at approximately 9pm. It was busy, so I waited in the line of cars to order. I noticed that the main back door of the restaurant was open, (there was a metal door and a screen door, the screen door was closed) and you could hear loud Spanish music coming from the kitchen. After my driver ordered at the speaker, the female who took the order neglected to inform us of the order total (it was only a large drink and a taco). I then proceeded to wait about 15 minutes between the speaker and the window. Once I arrived at the window, the cashier also neglected to welcome us with a greeting or even a smile, and just waited for my driver to hand her his payment card. Once again, she didn't let him know how much the order total was. She handed him a receipt which showed that he was charged an order of $33. He promptly let her know that she charged him the wrong order, and he informed her of what he ordered (the large drink and the taco). She then proceeded to attempt to justify the fact that she incorrectly charged his order by saying that his order wasn't in the system. I found this extremely uncalled for because she neglected to repeat the order back to the guest at the window, and neglected to inform the guest of the order total before charging, and it is never the guest's fault if the person who took their order did not enter it into the system at the time of taking it. At this time, my driver began to express his unhappiness at the sheer unprofessionalism and poor customer service provided by this location, when the cashier attempted to justify their poor wait times even further, adding that other customers ordered items that take a long time to make. Regardless of what the order in front of ours or behind ours was, whatever they were doing there at that time, they weren't...

I had the absolute worst service here. Me and my girlfriend went this morning and some blond girl that was in the drive thru was completely and utterly rude and shouldn't even have a job for the service she gave us. Me and my girlfriend ordered a DEEP FRIED enchilada style California burrito and my girlfriend repeated herself multiple times through the speaker saying deep fried, then she said she couldn't hear us and to pull forward and to repeat ourselves which we did and we got our food went home to find out it wasn't deep fried. That's fine. We took it back and when we enter the drive thru again to let her know the first words from her mouth were "I know I got your order right I'm not making you another burrito I can fry that one for you but it's gonna be nasty" and continued to say we can have her Manager go back on the tapes which is fine because we know we said it. And since she refused to fix the problem we just wanted a refund we hadn't even taken a bite of the food and she told us to get out of her drive thru that were only taking advantage because she's in a uniform and can't do anything to us. But in all we still don't have the problem resolved and we have to wait till tomorrow just for it to be fixed which is annoying. It's the worst absolutely worst service I ever had and after I speak to the manager tomorrow I hope she loses her job for the way...

So today I came for some breakfast burritos for my family and I and wanted to go inside the lobby to place the order but couldn't because the lobby doors where locked so had to go thru the drive thru which i did and placed my order to the lady and after that she did not give me my total and told me to pull forward to the window and then handed me a printed receipt to verify if the order was correct which it wasn't i had to tell her to add a couple of things and she charged me for something totally different. And the lady that was handling the drive thru told me first my total was $46.00 and then she said I am sorry but it is $36.00 and I am like which is $ 46.00 or $36.00.And so i got my order and left thinking everything was correct on it and came home and went to see the 3 burritos that I ordered where correct and when I unwrap the first burrito the tortilla shell was burnt which was probably left on the grill to long and i checked the second and the same but forgot to add sour cream to the burrito and the 3 was the same but forgot to add potatoes to the burrito and of all the times i have gone to this location for the same order this time around it...
