Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Hi everyone, I wish I can leave less than 1 star to this location, 2 weeks ago I went to the drive thru and order a carne asada burrito, the worst decision I ever made, 40 minutes after I ate I started feeling a lot of pain in my stomach so I took some pepto wishing the pain go away, I was suffering that pain for at least 5 hours but the pain was so bad that I couldn't handle it no more so I decided to call 911 and they told me I got food poison because the food I ate at FILIBERTOS, the gave me some medicine that helps me to relief the pain, it took a couple hours to reduce the pain, I miss work for 2 days because the diarrhea and vomiting I still had it was really bad, I called to the store trying to reach the owner and when I talked to him he don't even apologize he seems like he doesn't care at all he just told me he can give me another burrito for free, I was like of course not! I'm not gonna eat in this place NEVER! the most important thing here is befor I talked to the owner I had a talk with 3 different employees and for some reason they have the trust to told me that there's is a guy in the kitchen that he don't even wash his hands and he doesn't like to wash the dishes so he keep using them like that, honestly I hope that the MARICOPA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT can see this review and do a visit in this store because im sure there's a lot of bad things going on in there, I hope this review can help you all to decide NOT TO EAT IN...

I also live very close near here n for some odd reason the majority of the times that I go here, I order at least 3-4 chicken tacos 🌮 ok and when I go by myself , I don't know if it's just me over thinking things! But it's like majority time I come here by myself ok!? N whenever I go Idk who it is but smi think someone there subconsciously secretly isn't too fond of me!?? Idk why !! Cuz I don't know anyone there and I am a very very good people person I get along with just about anyone ! N I am liked fast u know? And I am fully full of respects towards anyone as well? I was saying when ever I go there alone I always seem to get either very dried chicken tacos or very lil chicken in my tacos n when I end up going with someone else and they r the driver and they order us tacos when I end up getting my chicken tacos and when I bite into them they are dripp'n a bit from the yummy chicken tne ways its sposed to be!?? My daughter lives two blocks away from this location so when I go to visit I always stop and get food for her and her spouse three out of the four times that I came to this location my order was either wrong or they forgot something and each time that I addressed the next time I came they act like I was bothering them, this last time which was Saturday afternoon I went to the drive-through same young lady In the drive thru , I reminded her of my last visit when she forgot my drink to make up for it she gave me a larger drink. Thought everything was good till I got home with food to find out that my Chimichanga had no meat in it☹️ So my daughter took it back up to the store for them to tell her they were not going to give her another due to it being particularly eaten which was not even 3 bits to see that there was no meat, put his hands all in it and thru it away and wouldn’t refunded money. I had spent in the 4 visits at least$100 dollars , $30 a visit and to be treated like this... they will never get my money again,bad part about all this is the food is good when they get it right but the...
