Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Stopped by for lunch to go. The man behind the counter was RUDE. Larger man with facial hair... Was clearly too busy (with nothing I could see) to actually help customers with any type of interest. I asked for extra green sauce. He said"it's in the bag", which was good rightly shut. I said "I'd like four of the green, do you think there are four in there?". He said yes. Since every other Filibertos I've ever been to defaults at two red and two green, and given this man's clear inattentive and defensive attitude, I decided to check. After some effort, I was able to untie the bag. Yup...two and two. It obviously angered this ridiculous choice for a front counter worker that I had dared to not take him at his word. I was able to get his attention, and asked for two more green sauces. He pointed to the sals bar and said I had to get them myself. Now these places have literally HUNDREDS of these sauces pre -packaged for drive through and take out. What a jerk! All he had to do was reach over, grab two more and toss them in the bag. He was condescending and arrogant. Obviously insecure, he should NOT be in this position. I don't even recall how the food was that visit because I was so floored by the rudeness of this guy. Horrrrrible food, I decided to stop here today because it was raining and it was on my Way home. Both my quesadillas were under cooked, and looked like they just threw a bunch too much cheese into a shell not to mention I love cheese but it was way too much and the shells were not toasted and cheese was not melted all the way just certain areas. I couldn’t find an area go to complain so I just came here.

I tried to give a call to the store but the woman informed me she would need me to get the food out the trash and bring it back up there, I asked for a number so I can send the photos since it was on the opposite side of where I reside and explained it was raining and that’s the reason I didn’t take it back to begin with, I tried to get her managers number but she said she couldn’t provide that to me either. I spent almost $30 and the food was prepared correctly I also ordered a carne asada burrito that was also prepared sloppy and the shell was not cooked, there wasn’t a line so it wasn’t busy so unsure why this happened and how. She informed me she doesn’t cook the food but she remembers me, so also unsure why I was unable to get any kind of resolution over the phone after her informing me she remembers me...

This is a review Filiberto’s on 19th ave. I order the number 19 combo, enchilada and burrito. When I got home and looked in the box there was no enchilada. I called them to explain. They told me I would have to bring everything back the next day so they could look at it. WHAT, so I wasn’t supposed to eat dinner? I drove back right then and showed them. They looked inside the box. They started accusing me of moving things around or removing things. I thought they were going to take the old box and replace it with a new correct one. Nope, they handed me the old box back with the an enchilada in a separate box. I asked if they would give me something for having to drive back and now having to eat the old COLD burrito. Again…NO. Very disappointed. Their food is good, but their customer service...
