If I could give negative stars, trust me I would.

Tonight's drive thru experience was beyond lacking.

I asked for 3 Carne asada street tacos with just cheese and pico.

Asked for a #5 and a side of pico and sour cream.

Get to my destination to discover plain street tacos and next time, actually make sure the lids are on tight for the sides. Both were open and spilled in my order. Also I asked for a #5-plain cheese enchiladas. You gave me chicken!!!

If you can't follow simple instructions and make what I requested. Why bother at all?

I called and I was offered a free side of pico. What are I supposed to do with that? Also advised of issue with my #5-again no offer to make it right.

For spending $34.28 on food I expect to get what I ordered!! I will be disputing this with my bank, so a charge-back will occuring.

Early morning of 1/28/20- Absolutely Atrocious Service! After finishing a tenuous evening of work, in the service industry... I regret my decision to visit what once was a familiar stop before arriving home. This visit featured a self entitled windowed antagonist that delivered an incorrect order “w/an allergy to cheese and dairy twice in a row!” Then she had the audacity to demand I pull around the restaurant; by now 5 vehicles deep! & wait for their mistakes to be corrected and pay full price!? She then offered to refund my investment with no apology or food! Which I countered her disrespect with a request for preparing my order, “as ordered.” Her response was aggressive and aimed towards me being rude when initially ordering over the microphone!?!???😳 I was frequently visiting this location more than $50 weekly! After my experience @ approximately 1:30am! I will never give any location so much affiliated with this management group a chance @ redemption!!! FOOD TASTES GREAT BUT SERVICE MAKES IT...

Portion sizes are large, prices are decent, for the most part the food is good quality unless it's dinner time, in which case they get over busy and short staffed and start making a few small mistakes. However, the most frustrating thing is the fact that their website and the neon signs in the windows and doors of the restaurant state they're open 24 hours; they are NOT open 24 hours. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between 1 AM and 3 AM they've been closed. I'm not sure if this is every week, or just coincidently the times that I've tried to grab takeout here when I am working nights. After having encountered a closed restaurant on numerous occasions, I asked the night manager what time they close. He insisted they don't close at all, that they are indeed open 24 hours a day every single day....
