Gorditas Wendy — Restaurant in Phoenix

This place is a JOKE! My husband and I went there Monday around 7:30PM the owner told us it was closed She said they closed at 8 so we left(on line business hours are until 9pm). We went back yesterday around 5:45pm. A guy was at the register there was a cart in front of it (he was placing items in the fridge). I asked him, "can I place an order please? he replies "We' re closed! I said "I was told you close at 8", he looks at me and say "I told you we're closed! He moved the cart back and forth (I thought he was going to hit me with it) he rudely said your in my way! I won't be going...

Would not recommend this place at all. 50 min wait for 3 dishes and many mistakes were made. The workers where slow, very bad service as they gave us the wrong receipt and when good was served the food had missing items like napkins,lemon ,salt. The food was served in the wrong order in which they handed the food and we waited more for one of the plates. Not only where we dissatisfied but customers around as well. I love eat at Gorditas Wendy !! My favorite dish is the Pollo a la plancha!! The salsa is perfect for me it has an average amount of spicy and heat from the chili 🌶. The tortillas are hand made.
