I am sorry to say I would not recommend this place to get your ring fitted or a stone placed. The main reason my fiancée chose to go here is they were the only ones who had a jeweler on the specific weekday he needed to go. The jeweler who set my stone and resized it did a horrible job. One of the prongs is bent and this caused it to be a lot closer to the other prong from a birds eye view. After the diamond was placed in the setting, one of the prongs had some black marks on it. My fiancée had taken it back after we noticed the black marks and they claimed it was fine and steamed it. Yet they are still on their and it’s not fine. Lastly, they resized it and it is definitely not the size we asked for as it is much too big now. The metal that was used is definitely not the same as you can distinctly see the metal that was added looks different from the rest of the ring. I’m so disappointed in this whole experience and would highly recommend you not get your ring sized or diamond set here! At this point I wish we could just have a refund because they have lost my trust. I will be taking it somewhere else to see if they can fix...

I am so disappointed. I bought a ring and sent it to get sized. I even made it easier for them and picked up the ring at their AZ mills mall so that the manager doesn’t have to dive it back to the 75th Ave store. And the ring was sized wrong and I was told that a size 6 is better than a size 5 3/4. My ring looks Crooked, It is in an oval shape, like it was smashed. Then one of the diamonds falls out. I took it again to get fixed to have the diamond places back and they replaced it with a crystal not a diamond. I took my ring to a certified jewelry to confirm this. This ring was supposed to have been a special moment for myself and my Fiancée, a meaning of commitment and now it is a worthless piece of metal, because of the mishandling of the place. My husband and I have been coming to this store for the past couple of years, it was our preferred jewelry store. We have bought items as well as gotten them fixed here. This last visit to Pueblo Jewelers has been a complete disappointment and has definitely changed my mind about the integrity and honesty of this establishment. I brought my name plate necklace to get fixed after it was torn in 2 places, only to pick it up completely lop sided and obviously missing a piece of the chain. After asking the sales associate about the Missing piece his only comment was “you won’t be able to tell once the clasp is closed.” With no answer as to what happened to the remainder of my chain. Which we had paid EXTRA to get a longer chain when we first purchased this necklace. My name plate necklace has been ruined and guess what, closing the clasp did not fix what this store ruined!! I...
