Really bad service the lady giving us our order at the window we’re we payed didn’t give me a receipt ! Then when I asked nicely for hot sause and ketchup She rolled her eyes at me and was mad getting the sauses for me ,she was rude closed the window in my face while talking to her that’s so unprofessional if your going to treat customers like that you should be fired!!! I was knocking on her door to open it while I was missing cheesecake and 2 chocolate pound cake and she never opened the window it was 11 30 pm so dine in was closed I had to get back in line to get attended is that fair for a customer to be treated like this absolutely not!!! We payed 53$ how do we get treated like this it’s not the amount we payed it’s the customer service so rude I’m speechless!!! So when I get back in line wasting gas I had to be at home after a 8 hour shift at work I wanted to speak to her and no she sends the cook to attend me !!! Why was that I’m thinking because she knew she did wrong and was embárressed!!! 😓😓😓 do not recommend going at night to this jack in the box worst...
Read moreordered my food through drive through, i arrived at the window and lady with tattoo on her neck (assuming manager as she started to count cash) told me to stop with her hands, i’m assuming again to stop the timer for her drive through. but anyway i continued to drive to window as i didn’t have time to wait. she rolled her eyes slammed the windows shut, and continued to count cash, without any communication or telling me give me a min so we can do a shift change, ( i would have completely understood) the young boy working the drive through also ignored me and didn’t bother to inform me of the wait. this has been the second time now that i have had a bad experience, i completely understand short staff and the stress all employees and management are under, but let me remind you (paying customers keep your business running, not rude employees. and we are now allowing this to be ok due to current circumstances.) employees need to be reminded that customers pay there checks. and i can go to any other fast food...

I had I've honor my coupon in the phone before getting there then I hey there and an Todd by a different one that no they don't honor mobile coupons. I leave and am next door getting gas and decide to call and ask why was told over the phone they did and the manager I originally sound with was on the line again and apologized so sweetly a million times over and promised to value my coupon if I came back so I do and add I'm explaining the cashier about the manager telling me to come back the other one came into the window dating there was no other manager there, that she has no idea what I could ever be talking about, like I'm crazy! Thankfully, the first manager pops out with my food ready made to go and apologizes to be, waved away my offer to pay additionally to my coupon and wished me a good evening.
