RUDE!!!

Awful customer service! After receiving our order I requested 8 ranch dipping sauces. She put 5 (I watched her grab them from the container by the drive thru window) in the bag and said have a good night. I said can "Can I please get 3 more?" To which she respond "I just got here for my shift, we are all out". I told her I see the bin is full right there where you just grabbed them from." She ignores me. And "I'm like excuse me" she turns around and scoffs at me, grabs 3 more ranch sauces (I swear I thought she was gonna throw them at me😐) reached out and said "Whatever, here, have your ranch!" I asked her for her name and she responded with an attitude "Its on the receipt." We didn't get a receipt with our payment so I parked in the front and dug thru the bags of food. As I got out to go request it, a woman (who turned out to be the manager) mouthed to me that they (dining area) were closed. I told her I needed my receipt and then my boyfriend told me he had found it (at the bottom of one of the bags). So I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. I told her the drive thru girl was very rude and explained to her what had happened. She looked surprised but I described the girl with glasses at the drive thru window. The manager apologized and said she would talk to her. The receipt says the girls name is Martina and I'm hoping that was really her name on the receipt so that the wrong person isnt talked to about this situation. I want to stress that I was not rude to this girl once. Maybe she didn't want to be at work that night, maybe she's going thru things in her personal life. Regardless, when you work in customer service, you need to leave your problems at the door. Not sure of this is a management issue, an neglectful owner issue. Someone needs to amp up their hiring process or deliver some consequences for this type of behavior. There should be Zero Tolerance. Its unacceptable and truly an unwelcoming experience. I will also be calling the number on the receipt and sending an email to the...

Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4U! During my visit the restaurant was very clean inside and outside into the restrooms. The cashier was very friendly and took my order correctly the first time. The restaurant also has self serving machines where you can mix or match flavors. In my visit I had a Jumbo Jack with cheese and a side of Oreo cookie Milkshake. Yes even in cold weather you can never go wrong with the milkshake. The milkshake tasted great with whip cream and a cherry on top. The Jambo Jack tasted great and was well cooked. When visiting a Jack in The Box always make sure to ask for their secret sauce. It tastes great with fries and or Jambo Jack. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 starts was due to the length in time in receiving my food. Also I would recommend the employees to try to welcome the customers as they walk in. Other than these things I recommend this place.

Went to drive through and the person taking the order couldnt figure out the one order was a #1 with cheese. My husband stated each item in the combo but the order taker didnt realize it was a #1 with cheese. I then gave my order of a #16. It wasnt understood. Because the employee could not figure out the order, she kept saying we ordered a kids meal (?) So we were asked to drive upto the window to order. Well that threw them off and caused a back up. We were asked to park to wait for our order. So while waiting other cars were waiting for their orders. We were first in ordering, and everyone after us was getting their orders. When we finally got our order, we didnt get the right burger combo, but we didnt want to go back because my husband had an appointment. I dont know if they were short handed, or the person taking the orders is inexperienced or perhaps should not taking orders, but we have never experienced that kind of customer service at this Jack in the box. So I went to this location and I ordered the southwest chicken salad and to my surprise I guess now they are charging .15 cents for tortilla strips, which to my knowledge they should come with the salad. It’s not about the amount, it’s about an ingredient that comes with it. What- now you are charging for individual ingredients on food that should come with what I order? And what happened to the ā€œif you don’t get your receipt free mealā€. I had to asked the cashier for it because I noticed this extra charge on your screen. Now you don’t give out the receipts so people won’t know the extra charges you guys do??

Was handed a soda that was overflowing through the lid with some napkins and the statement "its overflowing because of the foam." OK thanks Sherlock Holmes. $3.99 for the "huge" amount of onion rings 3.5 actual rings (see photo). This Jack is terrible and it is clearly never going to change. Oh yeah and of course no receipt was given so for all I know my card was overcharged but most importantly I have no record of this transaction.

So I went to this location and I ordered the southwest chicken salad and to my surprise I guess now they are charging .15 cents for tortilla strips, which to my knowledge they should come with the salad. It’s not about the amount, it’s about an ingredient that comes with it. What- now you are charging for individual ingredients on food that should come with what I order? And what happened to the ā€œif you don’t get your receipt free mealā€. I had to asked the cashier for it because I noticed this extra charge on your screen.
