Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

Ordered deal online...specialty large pizza and wings for $19.99. Picked up and paid carryout order at store. Due to Covid food cannot be shown to customer as in past. After arriving home found a large cheese pizza and wings. This was not what ordered. A large cheese pizza is not the same price as a large specialty pizza. They would not take responsibility for the mistake. Said could not do anything for me because I ordered online??? I asked to speak to manager and they didnt speak with me. I order this order alot from this store....I guess my business isnt important. Was not asking for anything free...just wanted my order right as I ordered it. Guess customer service isnt something they believe in. Will not be back.

Update! FINALLY spoke with Manager Teresa. We tried to figure out order problem...not sure what transpired for sure. According to receipts it looks like orders were mixed up. Guess online ordering is a different party than the store....and that can be a problem...I will be ordering directly to thru the store in future. I got off of work and I ordered a pizza for curbside at around 11:50 after seeing they dont close till 1AM. After getting to the location at 12:15, i tried calling to let them know I was there, and the call stopped after a few rings. I gave it a few more minutes and attempted calling again. The employees inside kept looking at my car but didnt come out to ask what i was waiting on or for a name. Finally at 12:30 i went up to the door to ask for my order, and the girl who let me in grabbed the manager. The manager then told me they cancel all orders after 12. I explained to them I ordered before 12. He then said "i dont see your order in here" so i showed him my confirmation email. He told me my order was canceled and i shouldve gotten a call. I didnt get a call, and wasted my time sitting outside waiting on food i wasnt going to get. He gave an attitude like he was annoyed at me for their mistake. So I came here yesterday and as I walked into the store I never seen a sign that said "We don't take big bills" The cashier guy says sorry but we can't change your 100 if your ticket ain't at least 50$ I was like what the, you mean to tell me you guys dont revenue money to sell me my food.
