This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I ordered food to be picked up amounting to about $60 online on their website. I received the email confirmation and drove about 25 minutes to pick it up. Once there, I had to wait about 30 minutes just for them to tell me they hadn’t received my order. This comes after I had asked if they had my order, which I had done as soon as I walked in, to make sure I wasn’t waiting in vain. I was told I would have to cancel the order and then reorder, but given no instruction on how to do so. The email was the only proof I had of the order and there was no way to cancel within that email. I asked how to cancel and was rudely told they don’t take online orders, even though I had just seen plenty of people picking up online orders and they had just told me to reorder so they obviously did! They told me I would have to dispute the charge on my debit card with my bank. They refused to give me a refund and also refused to at least provide me with my order. This took about an hour and a half and now have neither the food nor the money. Now I have to go through my bank, which is much more difficult than just receiving a refund from the business. Read moreThe worst customer service ever!!! We ordered the usual, noodle soups and the waitress brought us an egg and tofu slimy soup. We clearly had explained to her how we wanted our soup and what we wanted in it, yet she still brought us that slimy soup very nasty looking, immediately we noticed that it wasn't the soup we wanted. Once I spoke to the waitress and the cook, about which soup I wanted, one of the twins ( I don't know if he's the manager or owner) that was in the back said we had to pay for both soups with an attitude, and I said that was fine I would pay. The cook made the soup we actually wanted, but when the waitress brought us the other soup, with an arrogant attitude said "Next time you have to write down what you want" why would I have to write it down if I'm the customer? She started ranting to us about how the other waitress got in trouble because of our fault, that her boss was mad at them because of us. You cannot eat something you don't like specially if you are paying for it. We do not recommend this place, because of the worst customer service that they have, they are all very rude. Read moreWe have been going to this restaurant for years since we lived in the area and lately customer service has declined horribly. We called in an order today for pick up and half way through our order the phone hung up, we called back over and over again and no answer. We decided to go over there since we knew we had placed the order. We arrive at the restaurant and while their website says they opened at 11:30am the doors are locked at 11:55am. We can see people inside and even when we call no one is picking up. A gentlemen finally opens the door and says they will open in 15 mins.. my daughter tried explaining we had placed an order over the phone but nothing.. door was shut. We waited and finally at 12:22pm they opened their doors just to tell her that one of their employees answered their phone and didn’t realize they weren’t open that’s why they had hung up!! Oh and btw the order wasn’t ready!! I know things happen, and we are understanding but someone should have just picked up the phone to let us know that, it would be different. This is not okay....
