My first visit was great.. so much, my son asked if we could make it our Saturday morning place on quick days.. i said yes and we go the next weekend.. oh the horror! Everything that could go wrong did.
Asked for a wrap,got a bowl.
Finally gets corrected and I go to sit down as that was just my 6 yr old meal and a parent cannot eat until their children are eating.. I go to sit down, no spoon for my quinoa bowl. Go back for my spoon and get it and as I sit down, I notice my son staring at his wrap.. yep filled with sausage. We asked for Turkey bacon. So back I go to the window.
And wait.
There is a doorbell at the window, but when you can see an employee and they make eye contact one would think no need to ring bell.. but nope that bell was installed for use.
Now I finally get to sit down but my warm quinoa bowl is no longer warm, ya know?
So I take it up and explain this. I'm offered drinks as an apology and I thought okay that's some attempt.. I say we'll each have the lemonade..three of us,me and the 2 boys. They close the window and I wait.. door opens she hands me a drink and then a straw and i start to walk back to give the drink to my son and turn around for the other drinks. Nope the door is closed. I was done. I took my food back to the window and asked for a refund politely. The manager appears and says she knows nothing that had been happening as she was in back and provides the other two drinks after I explained the whole ordeal. She was apologetic. Which was needed and appreciated.
I ended up taking my food and never got to eat it as my appetite was gone. It's a shame to have such an awful second try. I haven't been able to bring myself to go back. It wasn't worth the time and money. A work colleague told me not to go there ever before my 1st time.but I went and had a great 1st time.. so I went back and said it was good and was planning to go...

I immediately go back to the location, the cashier and the manager on duty did state that they had an employee that wore eyelash extensions. I then got in touch with the district manager name Adam Adam was to conduct a full investigation. He offered three free salads, which No desire to eat again at salad and go most importantly he wants to argue after I have to reach out to him about I checked and no one wears eyelash extensions. Ā Ā Ā Read moreA week ago I bought a salad to take to work for lunch, while eating it I found the tomatoes rotten and tasted so bad it ruined the salad! I tried to call them to let them know, but no Phone number is listed, so I tried the web site, found the contact us and explained the issue, they asked for pictures of the receipt and a picture of the issue with the product, which I provided. got a confirmation email and so far I have not heard from them in regards to that one. today I decided to get another salad for work, ordered my usual that is saved in my app... this time they forgot the dressing, so here I am at work.. eating a plain salad like a rabbit because they forgot it. I work long hours at a hospital, surrounded by covid+ patients and the only joy I get is my lunch... today marks the 2nd time salad and go has let me down. perhaps the hype is over and now their salad components are low grade and not worth the $7+ I spend on them. will update this review if they contact me, in the mean time no more food from them and will let my friends and family know my experiences.
Update Thank You Kymberley for reaching out, I did find your email and response in my spam folder. I appreciate taking the time to correct the issue. Very satisfied with your...
