09.10.25 They dont even deserve one star . Horrible customer service. The Mexican girl is so rude. I ordered 2 small pepsi with my order. Firstly they just put my order on the table without the cups . I asked for the cup , she gave it me to with an attitude. I took the cups , when I was getting the drink from the fountain machine it looked water downed, I told her that I think the pepsi is out of order . She said oh yes its out of order . I said okay and I got some mountain dew I sat down to eat my burrito which was old and cold . I took a sip of the dew, it tasted water downed too.

I went to the register and asked can I get the refund for my drinks. She said but u used the cups . I asked ofcourse thats how I know its water downed. Then the manager said can I have the cup back . I just gave my used cups 😆. She said I will give it you from the other fountain machine . Still taste the same . They didn't refund the money 😕 . They know that fountain machine is not working atleast the should put a sign on it Out OF ORDER, Horrible and rude...

In addition it also has a bar table with outlets to connect your laptops or mobile devices. The cashier was very friendly in answering my questions about the different meal options. I ordered the a Chalupa craving box for $5 the box contains 1 Chalupa beef or chicken, a 5 layer burrito, 1 crunchy taco, cinnamon twist and medium drink. The food tastes great with green lettuce in the Chalupa and taco and all you can drink (self serving). I was very full with this meal. The restaurant was very clean outside and inside including the bathroom. The area is very safe day or night. I placed an order through Door-dash later received a message that my food was a little later, later I get a call from the door-dash guy saying that they were saying that there was no order for us that the guys was being really rude and that someone had picked it up 2 hrs ago when the order had only been placed 30 mins before. We decide to call call the store to where a kid named “ROBERTO”. When he spoke to us, Roberto was extremely rude, speaking over us, unwilling to help us out, said that if we wanted food we needed to place it again and pay for it again. We asked for a manager he said he was the manager at the moment and that there was nothing else he would do for us and hung up.
