Jamba — Restaurant in Phoenix

Can’t believe I haven’t left a review for my favorite place on Earth! Jamba Juice. Specifically the location in Tukee. A couple months back I was going through a rough patch in life and decided to become healthy and frequent the gym. My first experience in the Jamba Juice was stellar, I sat and talked with the team for about a half hour almost making me late for work. The entire team is dedicated to starting people‘s days off right no matter how early in the morning or whatever is going on in their personal lives, which I know quite a bit about because we talk all morning, they know just about everything about me! Not only is the company dedicated to help save the earth, but each individual person working at the location I frequent, lives by their mission statement and truly believes in the company. If the hours posted state that you open at 7 I don’t know why I’ve shown up on 3 separate occasions and the store was still closed and not open during “open hours”

This is extremely frustrating as I try to get Jamba on the way to work so I wake up early. Just to get here to find that the store is closed because opening employees are running late.

So even though I woke up early and got here at opening time I will end up late to work if I want the smoothies. And if I don’t I just wasted my time and getting up early.

It is now 7:25…I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for… Almost 30min past opening time. And I am not the only one. 2 other potential customers walked up seen the lights off and the door locked and walked away. As an old employee of Jamba I know the expectation is to arrive 15 min early. This store clearly needs better leads and management

They are also always out of oranges. Either that or they just lie because they don’t want to clean or use their machine. Which I have heard them say what a pain...

I typically order from this location 3-4 days a week and the service is typically decent. Well today my friend picks up my order and he is standing in line waiting to pickup and online order when another guy walks in and gets in front of him my friend tells him he’s already in line waiting to pick up his online order and the young lady working told him the guy I had already ordered just as I already ordered. She tells my friend it will only be a second and proceeds to service the guy who cuts the line. I’m so angry with the lack of respect your staff has displayed especially when I’m spending average of 45 dollars a week coming to your store. This is unacceptable and...
