Really dissatisfied with the pizza I ordered a pizza at 6:55pm through the app everything went through and when I go to check the app 30 min later to see a update on the pizza. The app is saying there is no order I try calling the number that is supposed to be to the store and I hit the prompt for existing order the phone just rings for 3 mins and then hangs up I called 4 times before I man came on the line . I explained to him what’s going on and he was extremely rude on phone kept cutting me off when I tried explaining that I understand there is a long wait time that not the problem I am having I just want confirmation that I am getting a pizza . He said ya I see it I’m looking at the screen then said well now it’s a 2 hour wait ok and hung up . So I have been waiting for the food . Now sure to me not having no update on the app about when the pizza is coming so I can have a hot pizza for my family . We tried calling again at 8:30 to see if I can get a update and again no answer the phone just hangs up . Has I am about to call again my husband goes to take the dog out for a walk and what is there at are door a cold pizza . Granted 7 min of warm up in the oven is no problem but it’s the point...

Me: "My wife called you after she got the pizza from the driver and realized she didn't get the salad that was ordered. You told her you would call the driver and turn him around.
