Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Really dissatisfied with the pizza I ordered a pizza at 6:55pm through the app everything went through and when I go to check the app 30 min later to see a update on the pizza. The app is saying there is no order I try calling the number that is supposed to be to the store and I hit the prompt for existing order the phone just rings for 3 mins and then hangs up I called 4 times before I man came on the line . I explained to him what’s going on and he was extremely rude on phone kept cutting me off when I tried explaining that I understand there is a long wait time that not the problem I am having I just want confirmation that I am getting a pizza . He said ya I see it I’m looking at the screen then said well now it’s a 2 hour wait ok and hung up . So I have been waiting for the food . Now sure to me not having no update on the app about when the pizza is coming so I can have a hot pizza for my family . We tried calling again at 8:30 to see if I can get a update and again no answer the phone just hangs up . Has I am about to call again my husband goes to take the dog out for a walk and what is there at are door a cold pizza . Granted 7 min of warm up in the oven is no problem but it’s the point...

I've given up on buying Papa Johns. The service is so horrible. What follows is my latest (and will be my last) phone call with this location. You be the judge. Me: "My wife called you after she got the pizza from the driver and realized she didn't get the salad that was ordered. You told her you would call the driver and turn him around. It's been 15 minutes, are you returning him with the salad?" Papa Johns (PJ): "We can't call a driver and tell them where to go." Me: "But you told my wife you were having the salad brought over." PJ: "Let me talk to my manager." [Wait] PJ: "My manager said we can't delivery just 1 item." "If you still want the salad you will have to come to the store for it." Me: "Come to the store for it? That defeats the whole reason for a delivery." PJ: "I know." Me: "So you're telling me that I'm out the salad and what I paid for it?" PJ: "I guess so." With that being her response I hung up. The manager Jason is a complete jerk might be a racist. The customer is always right doesn’t apply to him. The people who take orders on the phone are borederline special ed. And the never use gloves when cooking the pizza and never wash their hands. I seen with my own eyes Jason take an order and collect the money then walk outside to hang a flyer up and come back and make a pizza. Most disgusting attitude out of an employee aka manager. He will try to sit and argue.They have a old lady workin there also with urkle glasses who is completely careless for her age. I have never seen anybody drop a pizza on the ground until she did it here. Adam is a young guy but is the only one with a gracious attitude who deserves to be manager over any1 else. Cause it’s like a circus act around there without him. Long story short use gloves, listen to customers request if there paying with there hard earned money and do not try to argue with customers who are just looking for a delicious meal...
