Tyron is terrible! I go to this location a couple of times a week bc I live in the neighborhood. I know the staff pretty well at this point and there’s this guy in there today (doesn’t work often) and he was so rude to his coworkers right in front of customers. He kept demanding to know where things were while this poor girl was making sandwiches and then at one point he literally (and physically) pushed passed her- not bc he needed something near her- but because he was trying to be intimidating to her. That’s against the law, and certainly against policy, I’m sure- and if I were her I would have filed a formal complaint against him. But as it turns out- the manager was on the floor… smh. And he’s a nice guy! But he also needs to manage his team better and set very clear boundaries with the staff that they have to treat each other with respect and touching another employee should never be tolerated. He always acts like customers are bothering him by merely existing too. Bad attitude as soon as a customer enters and just seems angry to be there in general. Maybe go get a different job you like? I can tell you the next time I come in if he is there I’m going to specifically request he not wait on me. Ps- Mikey and isis are amazing and always remember my order!! They make sure to greet me with big smiles and amazing...
Read moreI just recently had an experience with someone who was behaving as if they were in charge. This individual attempted to explain to me why he thought it was appropriate that he charged me for two sandwiches when I ordered something with double meat and double cheese. Ordering it the way I ordered it and the way it should have been rung up would have cost me extra (which is totally understandable). When he humored me by ringing it up exactly as I had ordered it (2x Extra meats and cheeses) it saved me three dollars. I asked him why he was charging me for the bread twice? He said just like a robot who didn’t truly understand the question, “because…”
On top of that I hadn’t ate all day and waited for the sandwich to be made until I was rung up. He then told me he would remake it, making me wait longer while the staff ate my dinner. Not sure why it needed to be remade it was exactly what I ordered, this individual apparently just didn’t understand how to do math even when reasoned with.
The customer is no longer right in most of its interactions in corporate America. My reaction to this issue was at least not viral worthy, as I had mentioned I waited all day to eat, but I did my best to talk to the individual about how his justification was faulty. This is a perfect example that corporate America isn’t right...
Read moreI decided to give this location another opportunity to prove all the most recent negative reviews wrong, So.. I Ordered 2 Super Clubs with x tra meat, xtra cheese mustard and mayo. Wasn't supposed to have OIL or VINEGAR on them. Guess what? I don't think there was Bacon on either sub, NO Mustard, NO Mayo, Bacon? I would expect 4 strips of Bacon, NOT Bacon Bits. Then there was the alledged extra meat that I paid for, didn't really see any evidence of that. But there WAS OIL and Vinegar on them. So, someone doesn't know how to read an order. I spent $59.00 on food, and came away with something I didn't order. Just like LAST year when I ordered the same thing and got Oil and Vinegar on my sandwiches... these by the way I had to toss the entire order. (I gave them to 2 Homeless guys so someone got fed at least). I am disappointed. Alot of the reviews for this store just don't add up. if I spend $60.00 on food, the order better perfect. The Plus side to all this, When I called the restaurant to speak with the Manager, he was pleasant, courteous, professional, and made THEIR mistake right, all without giving me attitude. So for now, I'm okay with this. Note: I ordered this online at 10:30 am which apparently is the beginning of...
