I don't like being negative in life so here are the good and the bad. I ordered off grubhub and it was very late getting here but I talked to the delivery person and she was very nice, said it was just really busy and to call grubhub to work it out which I did. One problem that I had was before the delivery girl called me I tried calling the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone asked if she could put me on hold to which I said sure. Apparently that means just putting the phone on the counter so I can hear everything. I think she forgot about me because 7 minutes later it seemed she stopped taking the orders of people in front of her but she still didn't pick back up the phone so I just hung up. It wasn't a huge deal because the delivery girl called me a minute later. When my food did get here it was kinda soggy but honestly what do I expect when I'm too lazy to go get a hotdog and have to have them deliver it to me. It was still good and I'm sure it would have been much better if I dragged my butt out of the house and down there. The part that really got me is I felt bad and didn't want them to have to just deliver one hotdog so I got a tamale too. Read moreVery nasty service from front counter girl. It was so bad I can't honestly say I can write an unbiased review. After looking at different complaints for the same girl on different websites, I can only say people come here for the food not the service. I wonder what happened recently to customer service? My partner and I came in today to get some dogs and on our way out checked our order. I requested a regular roll instead of the french bread and was handed a roll from behind the counter from a worker who rolled her eyes at me. Usually they would take back the items and rearrange it on the new bread, but she just handed it to me and walked away. There was also a tiny amount of sauerkraut added to it as well. I think I will stick to Ted's from now on. I prefer to be respected as a PAYING customer, and the owner from Ted's actually is very nice and the workers are very friendly as well....

I got back to my workplace, opened the bag, and there were only two sandwiches in the bag. I called, the owner answered and I told him my situation. He knew which order I had, and he was certain there were three sandwiches in the bag. I explained there were only two sandwiches, and he said "no, there were three", basically calling me a liar, and told me "come down here, and we will talk about it". They did not offer any kind of compensation, and was still charged for a sandwich I did not receive. Our entire company has been eating here for years, but because of this, word spread and we will no longer go here.
