I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kere an Ethiopian restaurant with my friend, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warm Ethiopian hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that immediately transported me to the rich cultural heritage of our magnificent country. The restaurant's décor was tastefully adorned with traditional Ethiopian artwork and beautiful handcrafted furnishings, creating an authentic and inviting ambiance. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to guide me through the menu, which was an extensive array of mouthwatering Ethiopian delicacies. As a vegan, finding a restaurant due to personal preference, that caters to my dietary preferences can sometimes be challenging. However, I had the pleasure of dining at Kare Ethiopian restaurant that not only offered an extensive selection of vegan dishes but also delivered an exceptional culinary experience. This establishment truly exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend to anyone to experience what I am talking about. thank...
Read moreExtremely overpriced. Placed an order for pickup they do not even tell me the cost until I pay and snatch my card from my hand to charge me $19.50 for one side!! I ordered ONE SIDE and injera?! $19? They must think im dumb because Im young. The food wasn’t even good. BARELY EVEN GAVE ME ANY DORO WAT. Small chicken very small portion of sauce, then as usual they give me a whole bunch of injera? Like what am I going to do with all this injera and no sauce?? This is not the first time this happened do not eat here it’s a complete scam! There are WAY better Ethiopian restaurants you are just selling yourself short of authentic Ethiopian food and quality taste. Very disappointed. Would not eat here again this is actually my second time getting scammed the exact same way I gave them a chance the first time and they took advantage me like I am dumb again. There are cheaper Ethiopian restaurants in Arizona with AMAZING food go to Authentic EthioAfrican on 17st and McDowell for a better restaurant experience and food that is so good it will...
Read moreI wanted to try something new and I was completely disappointed. We can start with the customer service. I wasn't sure what to order so I asked the lady for any recommendations. She said to try the the 3 meat combo. I still wasn't sure so another patriot stepped in to help. I then waited for the lady to come back out from the kitchen to let her know I was sure of my order which the 3 meat combo was something the other patriot said I should try. The lady working there got a very nasty attitude telling me that is what she was already making me. I then said I was just letting you know to make sure we were on the same page. She did not make my first experience there a welcoming one at all. I do not recommend due to the food being mid and most definitely how I was made to feel. The patriot that helped me saw the look of disappointment on my face after the lady spoke to me that way and she advocated on my behalf . Just trying to clear up...
