This location is like 6 min away is the one located on central and baseline in Phoenix, AZ. Its pathetic that i either have to go to another location or don't eat it at all until I go visit my family in Safford AZ. Just today right now I just came from the drive thru which is advertised in their hours they close at 10pm. It is currently 9:17pm. I waited in the drive through for 12min listening to the employees conversating inside through the speaker. I was never acknowledged as many times as I said Hello to them. As I pulled forward since I was the car in front with two behind me I noticed the employees inside laughing and giggling. I have asked for the manager in charge and yes he listens but also has a smirk on his face and it really makes it seem like one is waisting our time even speaking to him, He goes right back in and goes along laughing and giggling with his employees. Very childish. This store has very poor customer service. The employees are rude as well when you are placing your order. They just seem unfocused and they just don't care if they received your order right or wrong. Are there jobs that secure that they don't have to provide customer service to customers or they only provide the best customer service including free food to their friends that go in and visit I have seen this as well. When its wrong they give you back the same order when its the sauce and just change up the sauce. Surprise, no food in their quick pick-up area. The person at the counter asked if I needed help. I explained that I ordered through the app and I am there to pick up. She asked that sign in on some clip board, and then told me it would be about 20 minutes. I stated 20 minutes on top of the 30 minutes since I made the order. All of the employees that were there looked at each other and started whispering. The young woman came back to the counter and said yes, 20 minutes. No, explanation, no I'm so sorry for this. Ordered ahead online. Instructions tell you to park in a designated spot for quick pick up. Then go inside the restaurant to get your order. Well, I followed the instructions. While I was finding out that their dining room is closed, 5 cars flew into the drive through line! No signs telling you the dining room is closed. Nothing anywhere telling you to pick up your mobile order in the drive through. What would have been a quick pick up, since there were no cars in the drive through when I arrived, turned into me waiting behind 5 cars in the drive through. Oh, and when I finally got home I found out I was shorted a large mashed potato and gravy, and they forgot my biscuits.
