Happy Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have been coming here for years since I was a little girl, and it's always been the same people and the same food! I'm pretty sure it's a family run place. The flavor recipes don't seem to change, which is why I really like this place. For your first visit, you should try the sweet and sour chicken and the vegetables fried rice! I've read comments about the staff being rude. I would say so, too, if I hadn't been coming here for years, but they truly aren't. I think it's a cultural thing. Once, I ordered as they were closing, and they still took my order. As I was getting into my car to leave, I realized I had a flat tire. I can change a tire, but I wasn't able to get it off on my own. It was dark, I was alone, crying, and pretty much stranded. As I was dealing with this, the staff was locking up for the night. They saw me there and didn't even ask... they immediately came to help. I was so embarrassed and repeatedly apologized. The lady was so sweet and said it was fine. When they were done, I tried to offer them money for their help, which they refused to take! If that's not customer service, I don't...

Tried calling the order in but the lady on the other line said she couldn't hear us so then I drove there and gave the order to her in person gave her the order She said okay I went out to see my car and wait for it She didn't ask for money or anything then ask her a name but you know I'm pretty unique looking guy I stand out I guess so no big deal Come in after 20 minutes walk to the counter She goes can I help you I said yes I place the order at the counter with you a few minutes ago I canceled the order I'm like why would you cancel the order you said okay I said okay I went out and sat in my car right in front of your establishment so needless to say horrible communication horrible customer service foods pretty good but I'm not have time to deal with that I wasted over an hour and still had no food by the time was said and done between the calling and the driving and the waiting...

There was hair that was dug deep I went to the lady and said can I get it fresh and she said something they all looked then made it "fresh" , The older lady in the front looks at it I say do u see it she says "yea" pulls it out and it's literally 4-6' in length and she tell the older guy couting up recipe they speak in their language and she throw it then when they bring the rice I take it set it on the plate , the meat honestly looked like little disfigured creatures such as guinea pigs and rats It's grossed out I asked for a refund only on my food my friend finished her cream puffs that were actually good and she just spoke in her language and gave the money but I will never return someone needs to inspect I'm sorry but that's a very outdated business and...
