My recent visit to this salon left me with mixed feelings and a sense of regret about the services and pricing. I had anticipated a top-notch nail experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several aspects.

First and foremost, the pricing was quite steep, with $65 for a "FILL" and an additional $80 for a "full set." The cost seemed excessive, especially considering the disappointing outcomes. Upon showing them an inspiration photo for a design, I was immediately informed that they don't offer design services. This was my first red flag, and I should have considered leaving at that point. However, they had already begun applying acrylic to my nails and were working on my sister's nails simultaneously, making it hard to back out.

Additionally, I noticed that they had a limited color selection, which was another concerning factor. For my sister's nails, they attempted to "discount" $5 because they couldn't color-match the base for the second color, resulting in an unsightly cream-colored base. Her nails ended up appearing thick and chunky, which was far from the desired outcome.

While the staff was friendly, the overall experience was marred by these issues. The inability to provide even a basic design, coupled with the limited color options, left me disappointed with the overall quality of work for the substantial amount we paid. I was here not that long ago and if I could i wouldn't give a review. Terrible customer service, when I told the girl that she was hurting my nail she proceeded to do the same exact thing. I gave her the color I wanted and when I told her she was not covering my whole nail she got a full on attitude and had told me this is great and no one has complained before. I'm pretty sure she was already mad on my first comment on her hurting me And her getting really close to cutting me with the nail clipper. Afterwords she proceeded to be rude and as I was getting to pay she asked me for a tip. I gave her 5 dollars because I felt that she still didn't even do a good job, later she complained that it was to small of a tip to leave for her. I'm defenitly never coming here again because even after she did a bad job she expected me to give her more money for the job. Very rude people. I hope they aren't doing this to every person that walks in. Owner is very disrespectful and seems to not care if people complain. Funny part about this when I asked to speak to the owner she was the owner, so she had no problem...

I never leave reviews specifically bad ones to support businesses . I was reading comments of how bad the service is. The lady that helped was not giving good customer service being a bit rude , didn’t care much. I was seeing the reviews of clientes bleeding from their toes after cutting them. The lady made me bleed in my nail of toe , I have never had an experience like that , also it looks like they reuse so many items, not good for hygiene.I’m never coming to this location.

It got worse the lady burned me with the towel and for me to ever get upset it has to be bad , my toe is still burning , I was supposed to get a full set , I’m going all the way to Goodyear Venice nails to my regular place to get them fix .
