Tammy Nails Spa — Local services in Phoenix

I will never go back to this nail salon they told me that gel lasts 2 to 3 weeks and I had to go back not even a week later to get a few nails redone. This lady was rude and didnt want to redo them. She said I would have to pay more money to get them all done. I said no then she got mad and was talking loudly thru the whole shop. The rest of the staff continued to talk and laugh concerning the situation in their native language. The is rude and disrespectful to me and any customer that may have an issue. So she would only redo one nail and she said that's it. She continually repeated one nail only making a mockery of herself and the situation so I told her I will not return and spend any money in her shop. She said again I will only do one nail unless I pay for more. I said No again and that I will go to another shop so she got really mad and pushed my hand in the dryer and forced it out so she could hurry up and finish faster. So now Im writing a review and I do not recommend anyone go to that shop. They added 5 extra dollars to my bill a week ago and didnt say anything and they were not supposed to do that either. I got the cat eye gel nails and it didnt even look like the cat eye. So Im done with them altogether because they did a terrible job then to add being rude and bad customer service is a NO NO! ...

I stopped by Tammy's on Christmas Eve more than an hour before closing because of the good reviews. I stopped to get a gel manicure on my real nails. I waited 30 minutes before I was assigned someone. I first went to a gentlemen and he told me he couldnt help with my manicure because he only helped with fake nails. I waited again and went to the lady that did my gel manicure. She rushed the entire time, would get upset because the UV light wasnt turning on, was upset because I asked how much time it would take to do acrylic nails, while she was applying the polish i told her the polish kn my index finger was not good and if she could fix it. She ignored me, and continued with applying polish then oil at the end. I told her again the polish was bad and my thumb had extra polish and she got upset again. That she couldnt fix it because she was done. I told her she needed to fix it since i had told her before. Instead of removing it all she removed half of the polish at the tip and just applied more white polish over it. At the end it was lumpy and gross. I could'nt stay longer since it was past closing and had to get home. I definately dont recommend Tammy's and have never had such a bad experience at any salon. This place has the WORST service EVER! First the lady who did my nails put on use me a paper thin layer of acrylic to the point where I can actually bend them. Then when I get to my car a nail pops off. The next day I go back to get my nail repaired I told the lady what happened and that she did not put enough acrylic on and she had the AUDACITY to blame me.! ARE FREAKING YOU KIDDING ME!!!! After blaming me she fixed my nail and asked me did I want silver on that finger (she didn't want to find my color I'm guessing) I told her no I wanted my original color I had like the rest of my hand and she told me to find it and walked away for a good 5 min. I told her I could not find it on the wall and she just sat down and looked at me smh. I was so furious I just walked out.! I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR REFER ANYONE!! WASTE...
