Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Let me tell you I’ve been to a few little Caesars but none of them can top Grizels (I hope I spelled that right) customer service. I’ve been here twice and both time she was my cashier. The first time she was in the back helping with pizzas then she looked up and saw the lobby was quickly filling up so she came out from the back and started to help the front which I can say was top tier service not a lot of places do that she was friendly and gave me the best service I was in and out because she helped out her coworker. When I got home I noticed my one of my pizzas wasn’t cut which is fine because I know how hard it can be so I went back to the store and I waited in line while she was taking order again this time it was by herself I waited till it was my time and when it my turn she said hi how can I help you I opened the box and with a smile on my face I picked it up to show her it wasn’t it we both laugh she said OMG I am so sorry we are short staffed I said no need to apologize I understand completely and you guys are short staffed and this place is always busy. She gave me a brand new pizza ( that was cut lol) and apologized again I told her ok again and asked for her name so I can write this review. Okay so the service was good here but not sure how to categorize this, I ordered my pizza online through the app because I wanted to just pick it up from the Pizza warmer shelves that they have there. I would just enter a code, pick up my pizza and be gone, such a nice experience. HOWEVER, twice now I have gone and either my whole order is not there or half of it is gone and the explanation that I get is that someone stole it so then I have to wait for my order to be replaced, Even though the whole point of me ordering online is so I wouldn't have to wait there in the little lobby area that they have. So I let the manager know this is the second time this has happened to me, what are you guys doing to correct this situation and of course I got I don't know. This is out of my hands. okay understandable He's a young guy, He doesn't have all the answers, I'm okay with that. But just beware that some people know how to steal your food from these pizza caddies. And that they will replace your food but you'll have to wait there for it to be made, leaving you with a inconvenience. However I have to say this location has very good pizza. I love little caesar's but I will never come back to this location! I came on Friday night and it was packed...no hot and ready! I waited for my piza for about 10 minutes. I saw them come out of the oven so I know they were fresh. I got home and my pizza was like dough and my spicy bbq wings were cold. I called and talked to a Unique. She made an issue about a receipt for the wings because Katelyn never gave me a second receipt for the wings. They were on 2 orders. So I said never mind about the wings. She told me to come in with my receipt. I get to the store with my receipt and 2 people knew who Unique was but had to verify everything then came back and was like we can only give you what you order which was a pepperoni as if I asked for something different. Customer service is not what it used to be. Then the cashier acted like it was a problem that I wanted to pull the piza apart to see if it was doughy in the middle.
