Read moreVery poorly managed. Of course the appeal of the staffs appearance is part of the charm, so the expectations are low, but we've been to the mesa one frequently and always have a good experience. We were in West Phoenix for an event and went to this location, and the place had a good crowd but it was still 25% empty. Even with that, when we ordered our initial drinks, we estimated it took about 20 minutes to get those drinks, two of them were incorrect, and then it took another 10 minutes or so to get them corrected, when we ordered our food we got three plates, and two of them came out incorrect after waiting an hour for the food to come out. When we told the server the food wasn't prepared correctly, she told us we can fix it but it'll probably take another hour, her literal words. The service was bad enough where it kind of became a running joke, at one point I asked for a refill on my soft drink, and we timed it on our phone just to see how long it would take, and it took just over 12 minutes, for a soft drink refill. One of the people at our table ordered a beer, and it took 16 minutes to get the beer, and then 2 minutes after it was dropped off a manager came over with the same beer and seemed very confused that we already received our drink. It just comes down to poor management, half the TVs were on news broadcasts which means they're not even a paying attention to when the sporting events are over to change channels, toilet paper missing from the men's room, dirty and empty plates sitting on empty tables for quite some time, 45 minutes plus ticket times for meals. Good luck, with such a limited gimmick, you need to be able to compete with the area, and right now...
Read moreCame here with a few friends and had to translate to the waitress as she wasn’t bilingual which is fine. Thirty minutes later we are still waiting at pur table with none of the drinks that we’ve ordered. I noticed that she stood by the bar the whole time laughing and talking rather than do her job. Me and my biddy tried to complain to the manager abt the poor service, and see if we could get a different server. She said she would handle it. A few minutes later the older gentleman the server was flirting with the whole time instead of getting any of her tables orders, comes up and starts harassing me and my friends because the server said told him we were being rude and she wanted him to do something to us. Then the manager comes up, and tells us that we need to leave because apparently we were being rude to the server. Mind you we just got off of work, still in work clothes and clearly look the Hispanic part so it clearly felt like discrimination. We asked what we did to be rude since we were the ones who waited an extremely unreasonable amount of time to get out drinks which at that point we never even received even though we sat there for over thirty minutes. Instead of telling off the server we spoke to the manager instead and then got harassed by a stranger and had the whole situation turned around on us. If we were being rude how come nothing was said until we put in a complaint. I’m so upset if I could rate this place 0 stars I would, and on top of it all the manager CALLED THE POLICE ON US! Not only do they have extremely bad service, they lie, harass, and use the police at whim instead of taking accountability and giving their customers...
