Long Wongs AZ Famous Wings — Restaurant in Phoenix

Like others if there was a zero star option I would 100% give that. Went out with my family for wings and pizza for dinner. We also ordered kids menu stuff for the kids "GRILLED CHEESE BURGER", AND "POPCORN CHICKEN" in which they brought out a "GRILLED CHEESE" instead of a grilled cheese burger, had to wait longer for it be remade, the popcorn chicken came with 5 quarter size chickens! WTH. Then they brought us a corn dog in which one of my kids picked at and started eating, I told the waiter wait I don't think this is ours he took it and then took it to another table! YES AFTER MY KID PICKED AT IT. We ordered 50 wings 20 hot and 10 lemon pepper, then placed another order of 20 medium. we got there around 8:30pm got our wings first about 45mins later we finished the wings and no sign of the pizza or the other 20 medium we questioned where the pizza or other wings were and he said we never ordered another 20 wings argues with us, I just gave up and said okay whatever where's the pizza he stated it was coming like really its an hour and a half waiting on our food already I THINK HONESTLY THE PIZZA WAS FORGOTTEN! I ask for the manager in which is a total bird brain dude. I tell him we wanted pizza with our wings our wings are all gone because we where hungry and where's our pizza? I also told home about other peoples food coming to us and us eating it and then reserving it to people like how gross is that he made no comment but states the pizza is coming. we see a pizza come up and we witnessed the waiter take it to another table, then 3mins later takes it back and brings it to us. SWEAR TO GOD! my mom refused to touch the pizza but we where still hungry and settled for it. while waiting for our check we got a pizza handed to us sausage and pineapples. my dad started picking at it eating the pineapples we thought the manger gave it to us free for the inconvenience. NOPE! again we where handed someone else's food and the cashier comes to us says sorry takes the pizza and takes it to another party! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE! our tab was $84 for what sorry and unprofessional manager that does not know how to make things right? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO GRANDPAS NEXT DOOR ! WAS NOT WORTH NO $84 NEVER AGAIN. Instead of the manager helping his waiter be less confused or maybe less stressed he should have been on the floors helping instead he was standing laughing and then hid in his office after...

DON’T GO HERE, this long wongs used to be good but the quality went way down. The pizza tasted super low quality with a flavorless bread. You’re better off getting a cheap frozen pizza from walmart. Got the 20 piece wings (hardly any meat on them) half honey hot half garlic parmesan. the honey hots were decent, they used to be better though. The garlic parmesan were straight a$$. Server did warn me that a lot of people don’t like those because of the sauce they use but wanted to get something that wasn’t spicy for my son so i took a chance, should have listened. If a lot of people complain that much about a product maybe you guys should remove it or try to make it better, but nope probably want to stick with the cheapest option. Got a 12in pizza and 20 piece wing with no appetizers and 3 fountain drinks (coke tasted like it had little to no syrup) all for around $65 dollars and it was not worth it. Felt like i got robbed honestly. Still gave the server a good tip cause she was the only thing that was good about that place and it wasn’t her fault the food and drinks sucked. Edit: the fact that she asked me to taste the garlic/parm and not the honey hot while she told me “cause alot of people didnt like it”. Should tell you that sauce alone is a$$ and not “yummy”lol. I used to like that place so i just gave it a chance blindly and I regretted it. But thats your excuse huh, tastebuds? A lot of people also agree in the reviews. Just admit it, ingredients got cheaper. Honestly just upset that i payed that much for something that didn’t taste good at all, its not even just about the garlic/parm it...

If I could leave zero stars I would definitely be doing so. My family and I went here tonight and ordered 50 wings (25 medium and 25 honey hot) on top of an appetizer and 2 orders of fries. The medium wings were fine. However the honey hot ones smelled and tasted weird....like they were bad or the sauce on them was old. I took one bite and my husband did the same to confirm that it wasn’t just me who thought this. We let the waiter know as nicely as possible. We told her they did not taste right and wanted to know if we could just get another half of medium...she took the 23 honey hot to the kitchen and came back and said “the guy said they’re good, he just opened the sauce today” we told her we could not eat them, and that she could just throw them away then....since we weren’t being offered any other solution...(awesome, right?!) she said okay. So wen we go to pay they bring the 23 honey hot wings in a to go box and say here’s ur wings.....wth we were like “they are not good we don’t want them!” She says oh okay well sorry .... a sorry on a $61 tab. All we wanted was a replacement...we didn’t ask for a discount or anything....she again says “well it’s the same recipe as always” and we proceeded to say how disappointing this experience was and that we got a big order of food and it wasn’t like half of them were gone.
