I am reading this store one star only because I have to I went to the store at 8:40 PM today. None of the items were fresh. A lot of the items were missing and you had to wait 10 minutes for each thing to be made. I got the string bean chicken, which wasn’t fresh at all and looked like it been sitting there for quite some time, I noticed the worker cheat out of portion because he had some portion in his spoon and then scooped out some of my product and put it back into the wok bowl , I wasn’t aware that I walked into chipotle but apparently I did. If you’re going to sell me product that’s been sitting for a long time that doesn’t look fresh. You should at least give me a discount. That’s the very least you can do but no I had to pay full price on top of waiting extra time in line because they only have one cashier however, they have two cashier stations, this whole company can be better if they had two workers doing cashier and also two workers doing expo but they don’t. The concept is called fast food if I wanted to wait to get my food, I would’ve went to Benihana‘s not infatuating that your remotely at the caliber of Benihana‘s, but just using it as a metaphorical reference , there was a girl in front of me and I noticed the worker that she did me out of portions did not cheat her out of portions so I have two bowls that are not packed when they are supposed to be packed I can assure you that I will not go to panda express ever again it’s funny this is Chinese cuisine but you don’t have a single Chinese employee at any of your locations that makes me question the whole concept of panda express Chinese people don’t want to work there that says a lot about your company. Read moreI recently visited Panda Express and overall had a good experience. To start, Alexia was wonderful! She greeted me with a smile, served my food with great energy, and even carried a friendly conversation with me about the walnut shrimp. She wished me a good day as I left, which really made the interaction pleasant. The food portions were decent, and everything looked fresh.
On the other hand, my experience at the register wasn’t as positive. Lizet had me waiting while she finished cleaning, and when she finally helped me, she didn’t greet or smile. She seemed distracted with a conversation happening in the kitchen. When I asked for hot sauce, she gave me only two packets, and when I asked if my rewards had scanned, she didn’t respond. After I scanned again, she asked in a tired tone which one I wanted to use. I ended up using the larger reward I had earned when a different location messed up my order.
I also showed my Military ID, and while I understand that only one discount can be applied, the way she told me came across with a sour attitude. In the past, staff usually tried both just to see if it would work, so I felt brushed off.
Overall, I was happy with my meal and very thankful for Alexia’s excellent service, but I do believe the customer service at the register could be improved. I truly enjoy Panda Express and keep coming back because of the food and the rewards I’ve earned.

Read moreI love panda express. I hate the fact this location is the most unorganized unprepared panda express I've ever encountered. And please save the COVID drama for your mama. They should know when their peak sales times are and how much product they need to have on the line. The manager should not be sending two employees on break while there are 4 people waiting to order and 3 people waiting to pick up online orders. I placed my order on Dec. 31st for pick up at 5pm. Upon arrival they did not even start my order ahead of time. There were two customers waiting to order and myself. After waiting for my order to be completed the line increased two 5-6 people waiting, two employees went on break one cook went to the restroom leaving two employees to box and bag 8-10 orders themselves. I waited at the store for 15min!! when i placed it online 25min prior to pick up In my opinion the manager on duty was not prepared for the time of day and the flow of customers. Like I said before they should be well aware of their peak selling time and should plan breaks around the shift times. This is why i go to other locations. PLEASE FIX...
