Completely 100% utterly dissatisfied with this whole experience. I ordered on their online website for delivery which by the way is done through a third-party called DoorDash. The order arrived and it was completely not what I ordered. Aside from that I had an item missing. When I contacted the number on my receipt via email I was prompted to go to DoorDash to complain. Their resolution was a 40% discount or refund rather. To which I replied this is unacceptable. I’m not even going to eat the stuff that I was delivered. She said she would contact the restaurant and escalate the situation and it was up to them to refund me the rest of the amount but I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for them to reply and then another seven days for a refund. Again, it all ended up in the trash because it’s not what I ordered and not what I eat therefore, I am also going to file a complaint with my credit card company and dispute all the charges for a full refund as they did not follow through on what I ordered. The woman over the phone was completely unhelpful and just had this scripted speak about how she can escalate the Situation. She also kept repeating herself on how it’s a system generated a refund and that she has no control over that. Well you do have human beings that work for your company. Yes so therefore you can get a supervisor live and have them correct the situation which was not an option. Knowing the experince my customers have had with door dash and dashers picking up multiple orders or leaving them in the portal to get old, my expectations were LOW.
Turns out it was an awesome experience! Lets start with the dough, it was made correctly and the sheetout was evenly pressed and cooked just right. The sauce was spread evenly no light or thick spots right up to the edge of the ring without touching, perfection. The cheese evenly spread and pepperonis unfolded and carefully placed. Read moreI used to like this place when we first moved in to the area but now it's one of the worst, starting with the service. They are very rude, they ignore you and take their sweet time, the girls even roll their eyes at you. Food quality not the best, I can't even remember the last time my pizza was cut correctly, usually we have to cut it and sometimes I have return it because they don't cook it the right way. I understand they get busy sometimes but they need to cook the pizza right, even tough they exaggerate when they say it will take 15 to 30 mins for it to be ready, I have counted the time and sometimes it's out in 8. I've worked at pizza hut before and I know how long it takes for a pizza to cook properly. Last time I went in at around 10:40 and they were gonna close at 11. They denied to sell pizza which was already made and instead said we are closing and it will take 30mins if you want a pizza but we will be closed. It didn't make sense.
