Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

Made an online order. Went to pick it up and the ladies had no record of the order. I pulled up the confirmation email but the ladies refused to fill the order as it wasn't on there computer. I asked them how can we fix this issue and they said " I don't know what to tell you. " I then left as they refused to fill the order again. I called them 20min. After asking for a manager to contact me and the lady hung up on me. This is ridiculous as I have already paid for the subs. I tried contacting corporate but its 100% automated and zero help. I came in today and spent 14.56 I asked for a cup for water (as I am cutting calories ) also it’s 100 weather I was eating in as well and the cashier said they don’t give water cups , I said a paying customer can’t ask for water cup in 100 degree temperatures and she said yes we do not give water cups . I replied , I would liked to cancel the order then and she then gave me a water cup ???? It was horrible service and to know they are refusing even customers water in Arizona summer !!!! Gross ...

This Subway is the best. Employees are polite and patient. The end result is a wonderful sub. At our house subs go with NASCAR races so we have had lots of opportunity to order subs. My daughter actually drives a bit farther to go to this store. Because we both like made to order sandwiches our orders are a bit different than the norm but there is never a problem with attitudes or the sub. Soooo glad you are there.
