I ordered Quesabirria’s with no onions. They gave me 2 birria’s with onions. I asked for a remake bc it had onions. They seemed to not like it. I also asked why were they just regular toasted tacos and not fried. It was just two corn tortillas, with birria meat. The clerk told me that’s how they are supposed to be. The remake came back, and they didn’t even bother to toast the tortillas this time. Oh, and no consommé! Meat was flavorful. I also got carne asada fries. Fries were soggy. He dropped them in the grease for a few mins then added the toppings. You can tell can they were old and barely fried. Toppings were good though. I bought a Shrimp burrito. About half way done with it, I noticed something in my mouth. Pulled out a hair about 6 inches long. I told the lady about it, they were laughing and smiling in the back, there's a window that you can see straight to the back from the lobby. After 5 mins, the lady comes back and says she can't refund money or anything. Just a terrible customer service experience. I didn't finish my burrito but just walked away. I am visiting this store right now. I am very disappointed in the service these young men working right now.
