I ordered a chicken enchilada pizza which is advertised as having “poblano sauce” and topped with cilantro. The pizza I got was made with Alfredo sauce and came with no cilantro. When I called in to let them know I was told that their poblano sauce is basically just Alfredo (pretty big false advertisement) and they forgot to add the cilantro. Ok that’s fine, but what’s not fine is rather than just issue a credit and move on they said I needed to drive all the way back WITH the pizza so they can verify we didn’t eat the whole pizza in order for them to make a new one. They really believe I’m going to lie about a $10 pizza? That’s a rude thing to insinuate about your customer. I told them just forget about it I don’t even care to drive all the way back to their store to prove my innocence. Learn to run a business rather than argue with and assume your customer is trying to get over on you for a free pizza. Any other respectful restaurant is going to issue a credit and move on to keep business by failing to do that you lost my business and that’s pretty sad because I actually really enjoyed coming here. Here’s a picture for your guys verification that we only ate a slice a piece to come to the conclusion this wasn’t what we ordered since it means so...
Read moreWe should have paid attention to the other reviews. Food isn't the problem, it's the terrible service. We ordered our pizza online and it said it would be ready by 7pm. My husband got there at 7pm, called me at 7:10 and said the order still wasn't ready. I asked if they were understaffed, he said no, theres 5 employees here. He saw them take what looked like our order out and waited a few minutes for them to call someones name. No one said anything. He went to grab plates next door real quick and came back and asked if our order was ready. They gave him the order but it was missing the queso sticks. They hadn't even made them yet. So now its 7:30 he's been waiting 30 minutes after its suppoed to be ready. He asks to speak to the manager and the assistant manager Mika apologises but basically blows him off. They give the order and he comes home. When he got here he realized they didnt give him the 2 liter soda. He called to refund the soda because he was too annoyed to go back. Assistant manager Mika tells him he has to come in to get his refund, doesn't apologize this time and then tells him he's not listening and then tells him to bring the whole order back to get a refund. Really rude and I will be calling the...
Read more2nd time ordering from the 43rd and McDowell location. Both times I have ordered things have been missing from the order. Tonight I ordered 2 specialty pizzas the Carne asada and the chicken enchilada, 12pc wings 6 Limon and pepper, 6 tajin, cheese bread, a 2 liter, 2 spicy ranch, 2 regular ranch and a Buffalo sauce. After deliver charge and taxes my order came out to just under $67. Everything arrived cold, my 2ltr was not with my order and nor were the sauces. For the amount of money I paid I expect much more than I got, I expect to get what I paid for foremost and I expect my food to arrive at least warm. When calling the store they were little help at all. I work in customer service and I have managed pizza restaurants before we always made sure to make the customer happy, that's how you create returning customers. Since both times I have ordered have had the same experience I would absolutely not recommend Pizza...
