While my mother lived there, the office changed management. Before the management change the place was clean, well kept up, and the maintenance team was phenomenal. While it is hud housing, there is a certain standard they need to upkeep. And they refused to upkeep that standard. They'd make it look good on appearance. When my mom first moved in, they had working gates. Within a few years they got rid of them, and put in cameras. Those cameras no longer work. I had my bike stolen, which was chained up outside outside of my mother's window. And they didn't even offer to look at the cameras. They did an unauthorized inspection on her apartment on a day that I was at school so I hadn't of come over to clean yet, and tried to kick us out for it. The property was not well maintained at all. Stray big dogs would come through and tear apart small dogs and cats. Drug dealers came through and sold meth. Every other week you'd hear about a break in or a car getting their gas siphoned. My fiancé had to get a locking gas cap because of it. There are trees in there and they never cleaned up the leaves. They would take a blower and blow all of them to the walls along the perimeter. And they'd leave them. There's about six inches of leaf debris along those walls. Now onto the maintenance men. While they were nice, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. During the last bit of my mother living there, the guy that lives upstairs from her had a mishap with his toilet and it overflowed. We woke up in the middle of the night to a waterfall coming from our ceiling. We had called maintenance and told them about it. My mother has oxygen equipment that runs on electricity and water was going near it. We had called maintenance right away. But they didn't respond until 4 hours later. By then water was coming through the ceiling in our kitchen in our living room and in the one bedroom our AC didn't work at that time either. So while it was the middle of the summer we could not use the air conditioning and all of the water pouring out of the ceiling had seeped into the carpet and caused it to mold in the walls as well in the carpet. A couple of months later my mother moved out and while she told them about the carpet and as for somebody to come clean it they supposedly set up a carpet cleaning company to come but nobody had came we had told them that and they didn't believe us. Now I come to find out my mother didn't get back for security deposit because of their mistake. They have really bad infestation issues with cockroaches and bed bugs. They have stopped screening people properly and are just allowing people in their normally if they pay full rent. This place is no longer a HUD housing apartment . If you are thinking about bringing your family here whether it's your mother your grandmother or if you're just wanting to move in yourself I advise you please don't you will regret it and they will...

Great place. Managememt is awesome! Maintenance is awesome! If you have a problem they'll help. 10/10 a peaceful place to live with little feline friends around to keep you company. You can even name them if you want, but if you don't feel like it I named some of them for you....

I give them a 5 star because it is deserved. This is the 2nd year for my son and I and we find it to be quite peaceful. They did a renovation since we moved here and we couldn't be happier. Yes, we had roached at first but since the Reno the problem has been solved. Even before though, they made sure to have the exterminator here faithfully, on Fridays, per your request. The management is wonderful. Maintenance is great as well. The neighbors are lovely, at least mine are. Also, the occasional cat visit is wonderful. They don't bother us not one bit.
