Pulled up to Little Caesars for a tasty lunch special from their hot and ready menu. It states very clearly that hot and ready means it will be hot and ready on the Shelf between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., so I placed my order with Latifah s. AFTER taking my money, I was told it would be at least 10 minutes before my pizza would be ready, because they didn't even have any in the oven so it would have to be made from scratch. I was not pleased, and told them so. Hot-N-Ready, means hot and ready. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes, I would have gone to the restaurant down the way and sat down for lunch. So I asked for a refund immediately. The manager, or at least I assume the manager came up from back by the ovens and when I told him hot and ready means hot and ready, he gave me a snarky reply that, "well people come in and buy these all the time". I responded with, "then you should be making more of them." We are right in the middle of the hot and ready time frame, and I expected them to be ready to go. He gave me a dirty look and, finally voided out the transaction. Then proceeded to tell me it will take 3 to 5 days to show back up in my account. What is the point of having an advertised special, and then regularly not being prepared for. The very least they could have done was tell me that there were none ready and that they would be a wait. Before they took my money. This is at least the third time this month that I've gone in for hot and ready only to find there were no pizzas at all in the warmer. Read moreThis was my first time ordering at Little Caesars in Arizona. In Ohio I never ate Little Caesars. But I decided to try it in Phoenix because it's a big city, blah blah blah. I waited to order in the app until I got in the parking lot because I want to pick my food up hot. I didn't read the order confirmation email which stated I would get a code when the pizza was ready to retrieve my pizza from the warmer. I went in at the top of the time frame window and the pizza wasn't ready. No big deal. I went back to the car because it is coronavirus. I did not want to wait inside. Well, 15 minutes later I went inside to see how much longer it would be, and my pizza was sitting there and had been sitting there. Because I came inside and inquired about it, I guess they didn't feel the need to notify me when the pizza was ready. when I asked how long it had been sitting there and why they didn't notify me when it was ready, the girl was very apologetic. Of course she didn't know why they didn't put it in the customer warmer. Next thing you know I'm halfway home and I get two notifications. The first, sorry for the change in plans, please see the cashier for your pizza when you arrive at the store. The second, you may now pick up your pizza from the portal with the following code. She immediately began to become negative stating they haven't received any online orders and told me it must be a different store. I then provided her name and name is mentioned to her I indeed made the order at this location based on the information on my app. She finds the order and hands it to me. We both said out good byes and I continued to talk to my store. This women's comes out yelling at my and my 5 yr old "you know you have to pay for that" I mean she was screaming at the top of her lungs! So rude and embarrassing! I walked over there and she began to ramble as if I was trying to steal or ran out with food. I began to explain to her I entered my credit card online and if it didn't process I'd be happy to provide the same card again or another card. She begins to express how I walked out without paying and I was maam you gave me the pizza and told me to have a good day. She was claimed to be the manager but I believe she is not ready to be a manager because she is not leading by example.
