Long Wong's Mohave — Restaurant in Phoenix

This was my first time here! Before I even arrived, I called to make sure that they were open because it looked like they were closed lol but outside of that , the food , the Customer Service was amazing! I want to thank Elizabeth For giving, an amazing customer service experience to me. I ordered the dozen wings with fries, An order of mozzarella sticks and a drink. I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach because I got full quick & still have a whole plate . Lol ( just to remind those, I was very hungry before I arrived) . I left with a smile! I also want to shout out her husband Al for putting me on top of their wing Wednesday promotion! Thank you guys for this experience. You definitely have gained another loyal customer. Keep up...

This Long Wongs location is the absolute best! Albert has created such an amazing experience where he believes all customers are entitled to great food and excellent customer service. Let me tell you, IT SHOWS! The number 4 combo (birria tacos, 6 wings, fries and a drink!) is a lot of food and totally worth every penny. You can tell that this food is made from the heart. This is a must go to place! Only open Monday - Saturday 9-6 for a reason! Great food, above and beyond customer service and CLEAN! I have gone to many other Long Wongs but this is now my home spot.

I'm sitting here waiting and almost drooling with anticipation. I was here a couple months ago and unfortunately forgot to leave a review. I'm going to fix that. When I was here last time I met the current owner. The guy was just plain friendly. I've known about Long Wongs for close to 40 years. They kick ass. Although the one in west Phoenix, I think it on Thomas is one that doesn't deserve the name. This location has it spot on. It reminds me of the one in Tempe back in the late 80s early 90s. Stop here.
