I can't tell you how many times I've gone there and was told "cash only" , " mobile orders only", "I'm closing my drawer" or "the system is updating and I cant take orders for 30 min". I'm writing this after 4 cars in front of me were told the same. I manage a large group at night/early morning. I cannot believe how much money has been lost for your company because of that. It's been going on a long time.
Adding to it, when they ARE taking orders, they will sometimes literally put their hand out of the window to tell you to not pull up and they wait a couple of minutes to wave you to the window. Im sure this is to rig some sort of order to completion time, but seriously? The car behind you thinks your not paying attention and get mad, stark honking the horn, etc.
Honestly, I dare you to spend some time to watch the cameras and see yourself. Start at 3/11 at 4:00 am. Work yourself back everyday to watch the same exact thing. The average ticket price multiplied by the amount of cars that pass by. I'd could keep going, but I think you understand the math.
I've given this place so many chances hoping it changes or the staff / processes change. There are limited options at that time at night/early morning. I can't honestly tell my new folks to go there to get lunch, because I don't want them wasting their lunch time driving there to hear what I did. All that aside, the morning crew is great, never any issues, super friendly and fast.

Read moreI went to this location tonight at 10pm and the girl named berania was absolutely the most rude person ever! She rushed me while I was ordering I couldn’t even talk because she kept yelling is that it ! She charged me wrong and had to refund me and recharge me then was mad because I asked for everything to be made fresh and I heard her yelling at the cooks “I can’t because she wanted everything freaking fresh” mind you the window is closed and I can still hear her ! She gave me soooo much attitude I asked her for a lot of ranch and hot sauce and she literally gave me two ranches and 10 packs of ketchup and so after experiencing all the rudeness with that employee I get home and my tacos literally look old ! Like they had sat there all day haha I’m just sooo done I absolutely loved jack but after experiencing soooo many rude employees I’m done I will not go back the food is always old and employees need to be trained in good customer service! Read moreTerrible service, lady at drive thru seemed rude and even forced us to back out the drive thru until we're ready to order cause we're messing up their time for their drive thru orders. Then when we were ready, she took our first order no problem, but when asked to make a second order for someone else paying separately she told us she couldn't do it at all, and said we'd have to go through the drive thru again to make another order. So after being refused service, we just made our first order of a munchies meal with a chicken tater melt and a Dr Pepper, then a small peach tea as a desperate drink. Pull up to the window, she hands us our meal and the tea, no Dr Pepper in sight. She apparently hears us say that we wanted a tea, no Dr Pepper, and told us that we'd have to make a separate purchase to by just a Dr Pepper. So we drove off. Found out fries were ice cold, customer service was awful, and this was my first and last time going.
