We ordered a pizza, 18 wings with 2 flavors, and mozzarella sticks. We were hungry and they had the fastest reported delivery time. An hour went by and we heard nothing and we're starving until suddenly our night was ruined. Our food apparently "was already made and stolen by our prior 3 drivers." I have had food stolen at another restaurant and it was handled much better than this. You would think Uber dropping the ball would be what ruined the night but it was this restaurant. When our 4th driver came in and finally was speaking for me, the customer, the team members were trying to help and the manager was extremely rude to the driver, their staff, and about the entire situation. The manager refused to make us all of our food and was unsympathetic at all to the situation. The driver had to speak up in our defense that it was not our fault to convince him. When I tried to call personally to speak to the manager myself because I felt bad for our driver being the middle person, I was put on hold, and when someone finally seemed to pick up my call was hung up. In the end they changed us for all of the food even though we were victims of a crime essentially who had just been informed quite rudely. They also didn't make us all of our food. The manager said as his "solution" they'd only make us 1 pizza and 12 wings much to our dissapointment. Our food arrived and they made 1 pizza and 10 wings with the incorrect sauce. They definitely need new management here. From what the driver said the other staff really tried to help so I'm sorry for them that they are stuck with such a rude manager who would undermine their good customer service skills. Sounds like they could take some tips from their...
Read moreWas super hungry so I ordered ahead, which proved to be a mistake because it took twice as long as people walking in. The app didn't let you choose what sauce you wanted so they had made my order without sauce and then had to unpack it to add the sauce which took forever. they seemed okay with this procedure in that it was standard. That was after I stood in line for over 15 minutes because they didn't have a sign or line for pick up only. The wings were really tough on the outside, but seemed like they had been reheated several times. The other part of my order was never remade so I was given cold french fries and jalapeno poppers. They were still not bad, I'm not sure cuz I was super duper hungry by then. I was there over 45 past my pick up time. I think I'm being nice giving three stars. It's because the sauce was bomb!! Lol. I wish the app would have allowed me to comment or choose sauce type. And, if there was a sign on the premises to allow prepaid pick up orders to cut the line, I feel like it would have been five stars! I would have probably still given four stars if anyone at long Wong's seemed at all apologetic or offered to at least refund some of my money for the cold food and...
Read moreHello. I went to long wongs last night. Off of 27th Ave and Bethany. When my food came back home half way threw eating there's there's piece of metal sticking out of the wing. When I called the store the lady on the phone admitted to me that is could be a piece of the frier basket as they have told there dishwasher to not use a certain scrub brush. (As if it's happened before) she talked to the Manger and said I could come down there for a new order or a refund. I said I would come down there for a refund. I got there to stand in line wait for every one to order. Then the Manger had to be there to do the refund. He asked if I brought them back, no one said to bring anything back or bring anything. I said I had photos but no one told me to bring anything back. He started speaking Spanish about me to his employee while I got the photos. Then laughs and accused me of doing it my self while looking at the photos. Which starts an argument with me. He did do the refund out of his pocket so he didn't have to Wright up an accident report. Do...
