My family has been going to Loritos since they started at the food truck. We loved their food so we followed them at every new location. Unfortunately, their portions are smaller, less fresh, and WAY MORE pricey so not worth it for the cost. The customer service has gone down too. The owners seem very greedy, and I’ve heard from past employees (family friend) that they are very mean to their waitresses causing a domino affect, resulting in the waitresses being rude to customers.

Recently, my family went to Loritos for lunch/ dinner. We were a group of 8 and arrived a little over an hour before they closed. Us being a big group did not please the waitresses. We figured we had more than an hour so we would be okay. They saw us, seated us and then proceeded to take 20 mins to greet us and take our DRINK order. We had to flag down a waitress because they would all just walk past us. We were ready to order food since they took so long and went ahead and did that. While waiting, we could see them counting down the time to close, refusing people service BEFORE their closing time because they were closing soon although they still had about 15 mins left. They even LOCKED the doors in front of people before closing time so they wouldn’t come in 😂 it’s not funny but I still can’t believe I witnessed it. Food came out QUICK. Not tasting the best. Waitresses cleaned up, swept and mopped, basically closing up shop before people were done eating. Apparently, When they say they close at 4, they mean they want everyone OUT by 4 so they will close down whether you are still eating, making you feel rushed to get out. We tried to make the best of it but in between taking forever to get attended plus the rude service, we were left with a bad taste in our mouth. We spent over $200 and 20% was included. I wasn’t pleased with that since their service was AWFUL. Overall, I’m so sad because I recommended Loritos to everyone that wanted good Mexican food. Now, I will not be going back or recommending this place. Owners and staff are RUDE and GREEDY. I hope they hav the success...

A shining star hidden in a rough neighborhood. I've passed the building plenty of times and honestly never even noticed it. My friend recommended it and we gave it a try. Right when you walk through the door you're transported to a whole different world. The restaurant is nice and clean and it was really busy. We were seated immediately and chips and salsa arrived within a minute with our server. The menu is like a Bible, there's a wide or assortment of food and drinks. This place has everything: tacos, burritos, tortas, fish, 8 different meats to choose from, like 12 agua frescas, fraps, coffee...even a hamburger!. We tried a carne asada burrito, Pastor taco, Chicken enchiladas, Tamarindo and a pineapple agua fresca. The burrito was a good size with good flavor. I did add salt and salsa for a little bit more flavor. The taco was huge,it's served on a 8" flour tortilla. Stuffed with meat, the server did warn me it was spicy but I didn't expect the heat. Great flavor but it was too spicy for me. The chicken enchiladas were saucy and delicious served with rice and beans. The agua frescas were good, they were light of sugar but it's just right for the 32 oz cup ( they are $6.99 each). Service was great, especially for how busy it was. You definitely will leave with leftovers or an extremely stuffed belly. Pricing is perfect for the amount of food.Definitely will visit again. The restaurant does close at 4pm almost every day so plan...

Excellent food, great customer service, beautifully decorated, no loud music, nice to see John 3:16 upfront. The bathroom is very clean and large though there is only one, but it sure does provide plenty privacy.

This place is so family oriented it is lovely to see people actually communicate instead of being on their phones. Now that's music to my ears.

My friends and I go hear sometimes after church and our food always comes in a timely manner. Fruit Juices are always fresh.

I am hooked on the meal huaraches. All I can tell you, try it if you never have. This is the only thing I eat when Info there. Everytime I consider something else, I go right back to that.

I have nothing but good things to say about Loritos Familias. Perfect name for a...

The food from 1 to 10 i give it a 4 i had enchiladas with rice and beans there was not much of a tastes for the salsa. And hubby order a Torta asada the meat has no flavor and he also order a juice witch it was $10 for a large drink. The service was bad they are so careless no emotion no smiles the food is expensive and it has no taste. The manager or sitting person has a careless face. Overall i would not b returning rather go to the restaurant next door. Expencive and bad attitude service

This restaurant has homemade tortillas and nopales juice! The only time I have ever had nopales juice was in Mexico City. I was super excited that they had a juice bar with nopales juice here. You pay the juice bar separate from the food that you order. I had the Al pastor and the chicharrones. The chicharrones was a bit salty and the Al pastor was too spicy for me, but the tortilla helped to counteract the strong flavors. Prices were fair, each taco was $3.50.
