Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

This place sucks! Took a friend n her grandson for 3 ice cream cones, what a mistake. We waited about 8 minutes for them and found out some interesting facts.....When I asked what was the hold up one cashier said oh they are making 'em. One at the register, one for the drive through, and two cooking. Drive through guy was standing around just standing. He heard me so went to handle it. Only he had no cloves on and no mask. When he handed it to me it slowly leaning I had to hurry to take it to the boy and tell him not to eat the cone. I Then asked the register gal why he had no gloves on. Her reply; "We are not required to wear them." Has he handed me the other two leaning cones. Not all employees had on masks either. So I we each ate only bout half Of the leaning ice cream. Since we could see he didn't handle that part. I asked if I could get the Combo for the restroom. She said "they are not open". I asked Why she said "stuff people keep putting in the bowl, like they throw different stuff and it cant Flush down then the toilet gets clogged.". So the solution is to close the restrooms. Wow, dinning in but you can't use the facilities, and no gloves because they are not required?????!!!!! I'd wear them anyway, but then It is only a job for these two or were the cooks wearing gloves? Yes, IDK, couldn't see their hands. GROSS GROSS GROSS!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE...

Why it is impossible for staff to be remote pleasant? I don't really need to be greeted. I just kinda want to know that I'm not just standing around for nothing while my food's behind the counter getting cold.

(Yes, I did return. But I still avoid this place.)

Two months ago: Dropping a star today. Some BK staff doesn't seem to be permitted to reload gift cards. I pressed for an explanation because I know that it's not difficult to do: something better than "We just don't."

Not sure why a manager can't articulate an actual sensical reason so I've articulated my reason for not returning here.

Two weeks before:

Getting my order in right was a challenge. Size and flavor were confused on the iced coffee. And then I had to confirm that I do in fact want the coins in change. Way, way too complicated.

Getting into the bathroom is a needless hassle. The bag comes with no napkins, no ketchup, no pepper. I didn't even want to bother hunting down the staff again. None of that is available on the customer side of the counter of course.

My burger was made wrong. I put it in as a separate order from the app to use a reward. The kitchen added mayo I clearly didn't ask for while missing pickles entirely and barely adding lettuce.

I'd like to go and wash my hands now but I'll just go somewhere else.

This was an experience that I really prefer not to really sure but I will you store on the corner of 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road has nothing but homeless people hanging out in front of it I was not even able to park my vehicle to go into the store I had to wait until they moved over I went in and talked to you manager and they said there was nothing they could do about that so I call the Phoenix police department and they said that all they have to do is call them and I'll respond but that's the only way that we can clean up the neighborhood it's a hassle to that store I talked to my friend who owns 15 group homes and he said that he has went to that store before with his clients but they don't even bother to go in that they just drive through the drive-thru and that's not an experience that we want are people with special needs to have we want them to be going to a restaurant and sit down and enjoy their meal instead of going to drive through and getting the food and taking it home because we could always cook for them we could cook them in house but it's better that they go out in the community so I don't know what you guys are going to do with that store but as for me and my group homes I will not be going to that facility again and I'm going to encourage my that is a place that I don't think you should take his...
