Dude at the drive-through actually told me he's only allowed to give 1 sauce packet per item. I bought a dozen tacos! The only thing that makes them edible is the hot sauce. I even said I'd pay extra for more sauce, he said he wasn't allowed. Tacos Bell management is their own worst enemy. I've never had that happen before. This policy is just the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Imagine going to a real restaurant and asking for extra sauce .... and they tell you NO ???? Everything bad you've ever heard about Taco Bell ... exists at this particular Taco Bell. Rude service, food that's been left out, tables that haven't been cleaned, fights in the parking lot, and homeless people sitting up against the wall. Several times I've had homeless people approach me in the drive through and ask me to buy them stuff. I know fully well, this "extra sauce" rule NOT a policy from corporate. (They are owned by YUM Brands, who also own KFC and Pizza Hut. You get extras at both of those.) That means whoever owns this particular Taco Bell made that stupid rule !!!!! This was the last straw for me .. There are 3 other Taco Bells within a mile of this one. I will never go to this one again. Corporate needs to either shut this one down or take it...
Read morePossibly the most incompetent fast food restaurant I've ever been to when it comes to getting orders right. Out of dozens of orders I don't think a single one has actually been 100% accurate, and quite often times (especially if it's breakfast time) anywhere from a single item to nearly half the order will be missing or wrong. I've probably been shorted out of a hundred dollars worth of food items for the few years I've been going here.
In fact it happens so frequently and is so wrong that it oftentimes feels spitefully done. The one time I ordered a breakfast burrito without tomato not only did they include the tomato, but it was nearly half the burrito. But that's not all, the two grilled burritos I also ordered, THAT DO NOT EVEN COME WITH TOMATO, were equally stuffed with tomato. And thanks to the nifty order screen I know it wasn't simply a case of it being put in wrong.
As you can see from my profile, I don't really do reviews because I don't normally care enough. But after receiving my drink and nothing else from my combo earlier I'm simply done with this Taco Bell, I sincerely hope this location goes under and the employees find work somewhere more their speed, such as moving a pile a dirt...
Read moreNo complaints on my end. . (Fast forward to yesterday - Sunday night ) — Have you seen those videos/skits showing how employees don’t know how to count back change when u give them more than the total bill I. E , total is $12.50 u give them 22.50 to get $10. They were not lying. Employees must truly, only go by what the computer tells them. Crazy to me. Also, this was like the 2nd time I actually went inside, and if you use the kiosk to order and want to pay cash at the front counter, you Have to let them know that you’re paying with Cash, bc they will not start your order until you do so!! I will not be going back there or any other Taco Bell. I waited for about 15 min, then we finally asked about our order & that’s when she told us their policy (she said it is stated on the kiosk). So I stood around, near the counter looking at them and yet not a single word out of their mouth. Honestly, after last night, I’d rather have AI robots working than humans bc what’s the point ? I’m tired of doing the work an employee should be doing. I’m not getting paid! Food should be half the price then at least. Our food was fine but I won’t be returning. Do...
