McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too and that's including the one in Denver I reported for their cashiers smoking and buying pot. I went in ahead of my husband to use the restrooms. I was shocked and dismayed to find them locked and requiring a cashier to unlock. Apparently there's a high homeless population here and they refuse to allow them to use the restroom. That might explain the poop on the side of the sidewalk. I went back outside after walking to the counter twice and being ignored. I finally left to find my husband in the car with my food. My order was wrong. It was a sausage and egg biscuit as opposed to a sausage and cheese. I was already annoyed at the heartless actions of Mcdonalds denying public restroom services to people already hurting, but the cashier I experienced far outweighed the bathroom issue. First it was painfully obvious that the cashier was an illegal. She barely spoke English and was the worst cashier I've had, bar none. I told her my food was wrong and she demanded a receipt. My husband had tossed it on the way out. I didn't know that yet, so went to ask. After learning he'd trashed it I wasn't about to try and retrieve it from the can. I went back in and told her and she refused to fix my order! She didn't just refuse. She vehemently refused. They charged us $3.50 for a sandwich without cheese when what I wanted was the 99 cent sausage and cheese biscuit. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted cheese added. She was adamant and wouldn't budge. She not only refused me, she humiliated me in front of a full store. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. For her actions I threw my sandwich behind the counter. McDonald's is failing by franchising out without controlling the quality of their owners. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I went into the Mcdonals on 7th ave and camelback rd today at approximately 7:15pm to order a drink and 2 waters, I was walking my 5yr old service dog. We walked in and literally waited almost 10 mins before anyone even tried to say hello or take my order. Now this is the same McDonald’s I go into at least 3-4 times a week almost all of these times I am with my dog. Until tonight we’ve never had any issues at all. So (Jacques) the Mgr. His first words out of his mouth is “you need to take your dog out of here” I told him I come in there all the time with my dog and also my dog is a service dog. Jaquese then said to me “no he’s not a service dog” “He’s one of those vicious dogs” I was honestly in shock that he was talking to me like this. Another customer started recording on his phone because Jaquese began getting loud and the aske me to present my “papers to prove he’s a service dog” This statement alone is against the law for Discrimination. It gets much worse then this and I RECOMMEND NOBODY VISIT THIS STORE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A ANIMAL.. THIS MANAGER JAQUESEIS A HORRIBLE MANAGER AND GIVE THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION A TERRIBLE NAME…I will be following up with corporate first thing Monday morning also with my attorney.. I WILL NOT LET...

Honestly this is one of the worst mcdonalds to go to. I cant even remember the last review I have left on google as it's been years probably. I live extremely close to this location so I always give it another chance...and another...and another... I would say 80 to 90% of the time they get your order wrong and charge you wrong. I fi ally am so fed up that I want to leave a review. I ordered a double quarter pounder mean (medium) and got a bag of ice. The total was $10.30 and when I get home of course it is wrong like every other time I cave and go to this location. I ended up with soggy fries and a single quarter pounder.. really isn't much food considering over 10 bucks. I ate it anyway because I was hungry and on my way home from a long work day. I domt expect much from fast food employees butnits a simple job and they seem to literally always mess your order up but they are sure to charge you a bunch for it. Not to me toon the crack heads and druggies that loiter in the parking lot and inside. I will be driving to the 7th Avenue and Indian school location from now on as they are far far better and apparently more intelligent. I would give it a half star if I could but that only because I actually did receive some...
