McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Hands down the worst location/customer service/shady charging I have ever experienced. We ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 of them were 2 for $4. One was a dollar. One that was like three something. I had a buy one get one free coupon for sandwiches. Somehow they rang up each of the 2 for 4 sandwiches at 4.79 each, full price for the 3rd sandwich too and the dollar sandwich (which was missing from the order) free. I expected the dollar sandwich would be the free one. I spoke to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do about it. However the computer does it, is what they have to charge.... AND that if I hadn't used a coupon it wouldn't have done that. Her solution was to give me the sandwich I was missing and some extra ones? Which ended up not being the sandwich I was missing so I still never got the right order. Seriously? If I had wanted extra sandwiches I would have ordered them. Needless to say. If this ever happens again. I will return the food and go elsewhere. The fact that she didn't care at all that they had just overcharged me is what really angered me. I know it's "just McDonald's," but every place should have customer experience...

Every single time I come here they always mess up coffee or an order. I came here this morning asking for 2 vanilla iced lattes, 1 small caramel frappe, and a large hot coffee 4 and 4. When we went to pay they told us back our order and they only said 4 cream for the hot coffee when we asked for 4 & 4. We told them this and they said they will fix it. They then proceeded to tell us to wait at the 3 window since our drinks weren't ready, its 4 coffees and we waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru while 3 other cars behind us got their stuff before us. When we finally get our coffees, we drank one of the iced vanilla lattes and its EXTREMELY sweet, we then try the other latte and there is no sweetness at all. They had put the 4 sugar we asked for in the hot coffee inside of the vanilla latte instead. Mess ups with our coffees and food happen so often at this location and we try to give it another try but it always fails. Never again, respectfully its a coffee it shouldnt be...

I'm tired of this place..... they need to rehire people at night... I work all day and this place is the closest to my home and open when I'm off work 12 or 1 at night.. but I never plan on going back.. first off I know a sausage muffin cost well under three dollars and they charged me that much and when I TOLD them no I didn't want the egg they said there was no difference and refused to refund me until I had to call someone the next day!!! And there times where you see them just standing and talking and I'm waiting for them to just notice I'm waiting to be told my total!!! Tonight I was done I asked for a sprite and they said they didn't have any no sprite I said ok can I get a coke..... response as long as it's not sprite so me trying to be said I'm going to needs a few seconds he decide to be a smart @!! And say sorry we don't have any seconds either..... I'm tired of these rude kids and how...
