Hello Kitty, who I was told was the GM of this location. I am not sure if management is your forte. This location is plagued with issues and should make it a point to give better service as this location is the only McDonald's within a 5 mile radius. Unfortunately my Autistic/non verbal son is a fan of the chicken nuggets and fries and cheeseburger ketchup only. Although we order it all the time our orders are only correct about forty percent of the time. I have ordered a $9 chicken sandwich only to find a plain cheeseburger in it's place after leaving the drive thru. Or how about ordering McDoubles for my spouse only to receive regular cheeseburgers wrapped in a "Mcdouble" wrap. Or how about ordering $30 worth of food for my family only to come home and find that half of what I ordered is not in the bag. These occurrences happen WAY more then it should and I know I am not the only customer dealing with this. They don't pick up the phone and if they do management is "never" there. Today however topped the cake. On Fridays I take my children to this location after school. Per usual, it's always busy and we are always waiting. It happens. I order my 2 happy meals and my children's customized cheeseburgers. I don't get a total and am told to pull around. I get the total and I know it's not right but the employee taking orders is far to busy to comprehend the issue. Get my receipt and to my dismay only 1 happy meal. Pull up to greet employee number 2 and tell her my issue. Deer in headlights, I'm pretty sure she mentally checked out hours ago. Shuts the window to see to my issue. Comes back and guess what? I'm told I have to take another trip around the McDonald's carousel because apparently they couldn't make it right. I can't go home one happy meal less with 2 tired and hungry children in the car. So I pull around only to find the drive through full after I just spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. So I parked the car and get my 9-year-old who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy as well as my 7-year-old autistic nonverbal son out to enter the establishment and make an additional order when I shouldn't have had to. It is also busy in the restaurant. The employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off and guess what no general management in sight. Shouldn't you go support your team during a rush? I have also managed a restaurant and have trained shift leaders and trained new employees and I would never ever let my team sink like you did. Me and my children made our order and waited additional 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. My son was upset and having a hard time coping as being autistic leaves him sensitive around groups of people and unfamiliar places and that is why I use the drive-thru. I will never go to this establishment again and I will happily drive way out of my way to make sure my children get what they deserve when we order from McDonald's. Maybe it's time to take your job a little bit more serious as people are spending their hard-earned money in your establishment and once again it is the only McDonald's around there and is a busy McDonald's as it is right off the highway. Do better! Next stop,...
Read moreIf you're in the area looking for a McDonald's then be sure to pass this location. To begin my family's excruciatingly painful experience we had a roughly 10 minute wait, after ordering and paying for our meal, in the drive thru line for only four sandwiches. Then, after receiving our order the two English Muffins for my Egg McMuffins were burnt one of which looked like a piece of charcoal. No big deal, I've worked in the service industry, my first job was working at the McDonald's that use to be located on 51st Ave and Olive, and I understand that these things happen.
After turning the car around and entering the lobby I had the displeasure of meeting the manager Melissa. Melissa agreed to remake the order without offering any sort of apology.
The drive thru was filled including the four or so pull aside to wait spaces and another white male manager proceeds to ask another employeeto run one of the orders out by asking, " Can you run this f@#$ing order out?"
Which is immediately followed by Melissa and the gentleman exchanging arguments to one another about who should or shouldn't be runing orders out in front of the other patrons.
There was another customer waiting for his food, 5 Hot-N-Spicey's, in the lobby and I saw Melissa inspecting the food without gloves only using the sandwich wrapper as a barrier to her hands that where moments ago on a cash register possible handling currency.
Melissa placed the sandwiches into a bag and sent the patron on his way. The gentleman left snarling," It only took 18 minutes! This is unheard of for fast food."
Eventually, another 10 or so minutes had passed since I returned my extra crispy sandwiches and you guessed it I'm still waiting, totalling 20 minutes. I stepped outside and enjoyed half a cigarette, roughly 3-4 minutes, returning inside to wait another 5 minutes for my order. That is correct! I have now waited nearly 30 minutes.
Finally Melissa hands me the order stating in a very rude tone," You can check those before you leave."
I take the opportunity to inspect the freshly made food, the first sandwich is still a bit burnt, but I'm hangry and willing to accept the order only to find the second Egg McMuffin eggs had several pieces of egg shell carelessly baked into the egg.
Melissa returned asking," Are these ones any better?"
I expressed my frustrations explaining that there are egg shells in the egg and requested my money back only to be insulted by Melissa's condescending remarks," There aren't any egg shells in this sandwich, but ok sir,", in front of a lobby full of customers.
I proceeded to show her the egg shells, reaching for the sandwich as Melissa violently jerked the sandwich away again adding insult to injury by shouting," No Sir! Do not touch me. I did not see egg shells and I will just give you your money back. "
I would like to add that I never made any physical contact with this lame excuse of a manager. I will admit I lost my cool and exchanged some harsh less than scholarly words with Melissa for insinuating that I was making up some story about the egg shell ridden...

UPDATE: Went in person to see if they really would mess up again, and its true, this location sucks. I tried ordering the same exact spicy chicken sandwich and still didnt get any spicy sauce on it and the tomatoes were still on there when I asked them to please take them off. Had to go BACK inside to get my fries that they didn't give me, but i paid for. The employees seemed inconvenienced by my order and were annoyed at the fact that I had to park and come inside from the drive-through. One of my sandwiches wasn't even wrapped, just thrown in with the paper.
I give up on giving this location second chances.
Old Review: Ordered a Deluxe Spicy Crispy McChicken thing with some extras and only got a plain regular one, it even had the sticker with my original order on the box it came in too so I'm not sure how they managed to mess that up.
I definitely wasted my time and money. If I knew I was going to get a regular sandwich, I'd have just ordered it and not wasted anyone's time. This happens way too much to me at this specific location, so I am giving only 2 stars. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't get what they order from this specific location either.
This location also has a habit of canceling my online orders (both pick up & mcdelivery) from the McDonald's app. I have not ever just gotten my order without something happening to it or being canceled altogether. I have never had this issue at any other McDonald's, either. It's always this one. I am not ordering a lot of food either, just usually enough food for 2 people.
*TLDR: Don't waste your time here, food doesnt come out how you ordered, and they waste your time. Drive a bit farther to a better...
