McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

I live significantly close to this location however there's a McDonald's on almost every corner or street near me. Went through the drive thru (their lobby is closed due to the global pandemic). I love that all the employees wear masks and gloves however that wasnt the problem this visit. I ordered an EGG & cheese McGriddle with round egg, along with other items. When I got home to eat the sandwich had sausage on it, ( which im highly allergic to. I do not eat red meats. I immediately called them and explained that I ordered my sandwich with egg and cheese and there was sausage on it. Including the fact that I was highly allergic to pork sausage before the woman on the phone put me on a two minute hold to ask me if I could come in now or later for a replacement sandwich. I left home right after and now back through the drive through I explain to the lady talking my order that I called for a replacement order on my egg and cheese McGriddle I explained her there was sausage on my sandwich and I don't eat sausage. .. she kindly told me to pull to the second window. When I did my sandwich was ready and they guy handed it to me saying replacement order. I said thank you. Grabbed my bag and pulled off. Now, call me a fool for not checking the sandwich there at the window being this is my second trip here. I get halfway home and pulled my a sandwich out of the bag. Only to discover that my replacement wasnt the right replacement because here again my sandwich had pork sausage on it!!!! I am beyond livid with McDonald's and their constant screw ups. My second call to this McDonald's and the same woman im speaking to is the same woman I spoke to who is now the manager as well. She offers an apology instead of a damn refund on my WHOLE order for the inconvenience. McDonald's is a multi billion dollar FAST FOOD COMPANY!!! The employees treat the customers any kind of way even when THEY screw up because they know people will still eat here. Well NOT me. Lucky for them I will always love their ice mocha coffees with extra mocha.... they can keep that other...

The McDonald's on 7th St and Townley (almost Dunlap) is the worst McDonald's experience I have in my recent memory. It's expected to have a McDonald's get your order wrong, especially when they're exceptionally busy. This McDonald's, however, not only took 30 minutes to fill an order of 2 hot & spicy sandwiches, 1 cheeseburger, and 2 apple pies, but also managed to get the order wrong after taking so long to fill the order. All of this at a time when we were 1 of maybe 3 customers at the counter. I didn't get angry at this as it's somewhat the expected level of service from a McDonald's. What made me angry was my significant other standing at the counter for an additional 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention and getting outright ignored. The Powerade syrup needed to be refilled, and, after getting someone's attention, she was told they were out of Powerade and to choose something else. I've worked for service. This is an excuse used when the restaurant is too busy to take care of such trivial tasks. But McDonald's doesn't run out of Powerade. They just don't. And the store had no one in it to justify using that excuse. So after 45 minutes of waiting for it fast food... we got to finally sit down and eat. Only to realize one of our pies was also missing. Sometimes you just laugh at how ridiculous things are, cuz you never expect people to mess things to so badly. It's a level past anger. And that's how I felt at...

about a year ago their was this African American lady in night shift and she was rude and I was always polite I'd ask her for no ice and she'd always throw ice in my drink then when I told her I had asked for no ice she'd roll her eyes etc among other issues I almost boycotted McDonalds...

Now they have the best night time employees!!! Been going their for months and it doesn't matter which one is their they are great!! Respectful, and Nice, etc. I wish I knew all their names but as much as I go their I do not. They do an amazing job though I always leave satisfied with my service.

I went their this morning at 5:50 Am and their was a drive thru cashier that was rude no hello, have a nice day no nothing, he made it weird and had this dead stare on his face I found it disrespectful However I STILL GIVE THIS PLACE A THUMBS UP CAUSE OF THE NIGHT TIME EMPLOYEES THAT'S HOW GREAT THEY ARE....
