I wish I could give this location a zero. Not only did they get my order wrong, fine. It happens, I get it. I call to let them know if their mistake and they tell me to come back and go to the window and let them know my name. So I do that, drive all the way back to the location, wait through the drive thru line and am very polite letting them know I was told to come back to right my meal being not complete and that because of the inconvenience if they could throw in a sandwich off their dollar menu because of the drive we would be fine nothing further. Not only did they accuse me of never calling to which I showed them my call history to a phone number which was not their location (I pulled the number and directions to their location up on my phone to get there,) to which they showed me on an iPhone. Just to show them that I wasn’t wrong I started to repeat back my order that I originally placed and showed them my bank statement that I was just recently there and spent this much money. At this point there are several people surrounding the drive thru window and I have been extremely polite and understanding as I too am an essential worker and work in the service industry and understand customer service. So I’m starting to feel a little uncomfortable as I just want what I’m coming back for the second time to complete my first order trying to take every step I can. The manager starts to get aggressive and says “I packed your order myself, you got what you ordered” and I said then my order was not taken down correctly then and i just want the rest of my food I just ate it I know what I got no matter what you packed and I know what I ordered and I’m the customer so please just give me my food!” I am very upset and displeased with how my interactions and lack of respect as an individual alone and harassed so it seemed about what I rightfully paid for and am required to receive. New management and workers who do not harass and treat their customers with respect and dignity that is deserved and you’re paid to give is very much needed. Food quality was not terrible, drive thru went fairly quickly, but this experience is my last. Calling customer service itself to file a complaint against this location as working with the manager gets you treated...
Read morei just went through the drive thru at this location, ordered $40 worth of food for my family. i pay for my stuff, go to the pickup window and i’m handed 1 iced coffee from my entire order and told to go park. so i go park, and i wait. and wait. and wait. 15 minutes goes by, a manager comes out and delivers the food to a car that was easily 5 cars behind me, and then hands me a bag of food and that’s it. i tell him “you’re missing my other two drinks, i had two iced caramel macchiatos. Damien (the manager) shoved my bag of food into my hand and said “fine, calm down” and starts walking off. i had to confirm he just told me to calm down in about the rudest way anyone has ever said it to me, which is a rude thing to say to a customer anyway and when i asked him if that’s what he said he couldn’t even turn around and look at me to speak to me, he just yelled “yeah, i did!” so i followed him inside. at this point i’ve been at mcdonald’s waiting for my food for 20 minutes, we get inside and he tries to hand me the wrong drinks after i just told him exactly what my drinks were. he gets huffy again and acts like he doesn’t know what’s going on or where my coffees are, even though i knew they were sitting on the counter because i had seen them from the pickup window 20 minutes ago when i was only handed one drink and told to go wait, and he starts yelling at other employees to do THEIR jobs. this was literally the rudest experience i’ve ever had in my entire life in terms of food service, and Damien didn’t even have the nerve to look me in the eye after being disrespectful. do better, Damien. or find another job where you don’t take your frustrations out on customers. the icing on the cake here is that when i bit into my bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle, it was ice cold in the middle. all of our food was under cooked, even the hash browns. so i spent $40 for it to all go...
