DO NOT EAT HERE!! Im not the type to complain but I had choice this last time coming to this location . It was a complete nightmare. Idk where to start but this is all going to be extremely honest..I have came to this location a handful of times and EVERY time the inside is filthyyy no one takes time to clean. Staff has the worstttt costumer service if any at all including the "managers". The order taker (the bigger lady with short grey hair) has the worst attitude every time unless you are Mexican as I have noticed as well as my fiance who is mixed Spanish/Mexican.I had the worst experience with her and that attitude today and I had to go off on her because of the way she treated me.I ordered a southwest salad with krispy chicken extra cilantro sauce . I ended up having to come back three times because they kept messing it up.the first time I got it the chicken was stale and cold and no extra sauce or lime. Those salads are a bit pricey so it would be nice to enjoy it. When I returned the first time and asked politely for a new salad she INSTANTLY gave me an attitude and snatched the bag out of my hand. They gave me a new one and I disnt bother checking it before I left thinking they would have fixed the issue but that wasnt the case. I had to come back again because they put grilled instead of krispy.when I got there she said "whats wrong now" I told her it was supposed to be krispy she then gave me even worse attitude and told me that she was just going to give me my money back and not give me a salad "because they already had to throw away the first salad" and let me remind you she was not nice about it at alllll . Thats when I had enough of her attitude.I said no I came here because im hungry I would like the salad that I paid for and I would like it to be made correctly. I said its not my fault that you guys keep messing it up and had to throw it away so lose your damn attitude with me because im a costumer and that is unacceptable to treat costumers like that. So in the midst of me telling her about her attitude she snatched the salad out of my hands again and put her headset on and turned away from me completely ignoring me acting like she couldnt hear me .another worker then told me I would have to wait ten mins for the chicken (45 mins had already passed since I originally ordered) so I said thats ridiculous because of all the trouble I had already gone through but I will wait because I would like to have it made right. I also requested to speak to a manager but when I told him my experience And that he is treating costumers like crap he just brushed me of by saying he would talk to her but you could tell he wasnt going to do anything about it he was just brushing me off completely. miss attitude in attempts to just get me out of there had the cook put another cold stale krispy chicken on there they must have just heated the outside of the chicken really quick because it felt warm. I got the salad and went to refill my drink I was lucky because there was an undercover reporter for mcds doing a report on this location because all of the other complaints and bad rep this place has been getting. He approached me and we talked about my experience and how the place is filthy every time he comes in I told him it was the same for me. And how no one seems to do their jobs or treat costumers with respect. He let me know that he was going to make a report on what happened to me because he saw it all. I thanked him and went to eat my ssalad hoping it would be ok but as soon as I bit into(couple mins after getting it literally) it it was cold. I had to come back yet AGAINNN but this time I didnt bother talking to the workers about getting another salad or anything I just went straight to the reporter and told him how this chicken was cold again.at that point as you could imagine I was very upset.I didn't even want to eat anymore but I had no choice as I'm pregnant and I was hungry.I'm now waiting to see if I get food poisoning from the bad food I definitely won't be coming here againunless they hire new staff...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for about 3 years as I work around the corner, it has become worse and worse over the 3 years, the last 6 months the to a year has been a hard decline. In this area it’s hard to slam a business for loiterers but them standing in the drive thru lane and inside the restaurant is hard to excuse but giving the area I’ll let it pass. The kiosk only ordering inside the restaurant stopped me from going inside as special requests are difficult or impossible, when inside their attitude seems worse than in the drive thru. Maybe if they didn’t allow the loitering inside they wouldn’t be so miserable being in there. The drive thru has 2 lanes, for 4 weeks in a row now I’ve been in one lane waiting while the other than keeps going, basically ignoring the other lane. On top of that when I order hotcakes I can usually count on mcd’s to always include utensils, butter and syrup. Not this location. I was fooled 3 weeks in a row having to drive back to get syrup and butter. I don’t know about you but those are pretty important when eating hotcakes. This morning I checked the bag first and they forgot the butter…at least I didn’t have to drive back. They’ve added a security tower playing classical music and playing loud messages to loiters but it doesn’t seem to be working. Working in this area I understand the challenge of that but I think it’s time I get my breakfast at a location closer to home and avoid this place all together. Read moreMy special needs daughter and her mother went this morning to get food. When they walked inside the lobby my daughter told Mom she needed to use the bathroom. Mom asked person at counter if they could unlock bathroom she was told she would have to buy something , mom explained to her that she is but that our daughter had to use the bathroom first. Mom goes to this location often to buy drinks and food. As my daughter stood in line and cried the rude counter person refused her to use the bathroom. When mom tried to speak to management and explain the situation the manager rolled her eyes and turned her back and walked away from her. My daughter is autistic and spend the next hour crying because she wet herself. I called to get names of management and the so called manager Theresa was rude and raised her voice when I tried to speak to her she continued to raise her voice then hung up on me said it was policy which is untrue because I have watched people walk in off the street and be buzzed into the bathroom no questions asked. The customer service is extremely poor and management is just the same. I have called corporate to let them know how they treat people especially special needs at this location along with getting orders wrong I would stay away from here. Doesn't seem like the people who work here give a damn about the job they do or the people who come in to get food. Just because your unhappy with your job don't take it out on someone else...
