Worst customer service I have received by McDonalds employees. Order my kids food, asked for cheeseburgers with ONLY union . Pull up on drive thru and I check my order and I let the employee know that my cheeseburgers are incorrect. That I asked for the cheeseburgers with ONLY unions, employee tells me “she probably didn’t hear you. I’m like okay I saw it on the screen when she took my order can we fix it?
Employee asked for the cheeseburgers that had all condiments. I provided it to him and he left when he came back he asked me how did you want your cheeseburgers? I continue to reply with ONLY onions. He sighted and no other condiments I’m like nope. He mumble something and rolled his eyes, I’m tell him why are you being rude?! Close the window and I yell I want to speak to your manager.
The manager comes to the window , not going to lie I was pissed. I tell her that her teammates were out of line and he was rude. Manager just looks at me and apologizes. I grab the food and assume the food was correct.
When I get home my son tells me that the cheeseburgers have all condiments. I live 15 min away, so I decide to call the phone number on the receipt. They answer and I asked to speak to the manager, the employee that answer the phone continues to tell me that she is the manager. I ask her for her name and she tells me Ericka Sanchez . I told her Hi Ericka, I was just there I’m the lady with the cheeseburgers. She is like oh yea how can I help?
I tell her you know what, the minute you came to the window to give me my order you didn’t bother to ask me if there was any issues or how could you help me. Aside of that you guys had the audacity to give me my food incorrectly after you should have ensure that it was done correctly. What corporate number? She continue in back id the receipt. I also continue to tell her that she or her teammates don’t really know if I’m struggling to buy my kids food and they still gave it to me incorrectly. I also asked her for the teammates name that was rude to me and all of a sudden i hear nothing but silence on the other end. She hung up on me!! Smh do better McDonald’s!! Where’s the empathy...
Read moreWouldn't recommend coming to this location at all. They're always late on orders. They always get it wrong, and you have to take the time to tell them to change it. Machines are "supposedly" not working which it's not true. They make you then wait. Give you dry food not worth eating or it's just cold at that point.
So let me break it down how they handle this location since I used to be employed. The machines are at most always working. The Ice Cream machine most of the time works but they just don't want to either refill it with Vanilla Mix or they don't wanna ruin their Drive Thru time. During the mornings it usually takes a couple of hours to start working. Managers rushes the Drivethru employees to serve every car and if they don't have the order ready, they begin sending every car to the front.
Frappe machine tends to work but they don't want to sell them at night because it would take a lot of "time" and having to refill the ice and the mix from the cooler at the back. Sometimes the Mixer for the frappe stops working but that rarely happens.
They also tend to reheat fries whenever you ask for them to be fresh. Be careful because trust me they will just reheat old fries into the fryers.
During the night shift they only have ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE handling 2 Drive Thru lanes full of cars at a time while attending the customer in the window and charging them. This is due to manager not scheduling another employee for overnight.
Employees are not trained properly at all. Therefore lots of mistakes happen and customers have to end up asking for refunds and they get mad at you for asking it.
When you ask for Ice Coffee make sure to ask what flavor is it when they pass it to you at the window and taste it. They will 100% get it wrong during rush hours because cream is used in all of them.

They got my order wrong after me repeating the order MULTIPLE TIMES! The manager Came to the drive thru window to ask what was going on and I explained that my order was completely wrong with multiple missing items she proceeded to tell me that she can't order at the window and that I would have to either come in to reorder the missing items or go through the drive-thru again. NOT ONCE WAS I GIVEN AN APOLOGY she was extremely rude her name was CARMEN. I asked for her name to report her to corporate because of her poor customer service and lack of taking accountability she then proceeded to threaten me and say she would call the police on me! Please fire her as she is incapable to work in the customer service industry I am absolutely mortified and appalled. Corporate needs to start recording the employees that take drive thru orders!
