Don't ever trust the sweet tea here if you're actually southern bc it's not the same and I did spit it all over the place a few times.
I actually have not always had great experiences food wise but like, the customer service is on point. My food got messed up and I was tired, hangry, and dramatic and I wanted my money back. A manager, Ava, talked to me though and was very transparent on what she could and couldn't do and offered me a lot of options. I was not the most reasonable at first because I was just SO frustrated when I got home and my stuff was wrong, but she was kind the entire time and like actually listened and cared enough to offer to make sure my food was remade correctly if I wanted it.I also appreciate and respect that she looked out for her staff and like said they've been having a rough day being busy and understaffed, which was a reality check I needed bc I was only thinking of myself. Honestly I don't care that the food was bad at this point, I had a really good experience with her and just respect how she saw my frustration and was willing to make it right however she could. That is not easy to find and it just meant more to me that someone cared than it did to have things right the first time. Maybe the essence is, check your bag before you go home so you know you got what you wanted, but more importantly if you don't then I do recommend talking to their team.
Also Ava is low-key what was need more of in the world and I thoroughly hope McDonald's realizes when they have a diamond in their store and treats her with every bit of kindness, raises,and advancement opportunity that she deserves because if not, I'm going to hire her...
Read moreThis is the worse McDonalds that I’ve ever been to in my 59 years. In fact this is the worse Fast Food restaurant I have ever been to and would choose starvation before returning. We ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks at the drive-through and couldn’t believe in the lack of competence. We received 4 drinks and were told to pull up to wait. We ordered 2 diet, 1 Dr. Pepper and 1 Coke. We received 4 drinks, unmarked with no way of knowing which were which. The window person seem indifferent to the fact that 2 in our party were diabetic and we needed to know. After way too much pleading for correction to the problem, only after asking to speak to the manager, did the person comply. Our second order of drinks had 1 marked diet, 1 marked “P”, 1marked both diet and “P” and 1 marked other and “P”. This was obviously an issue too big for the window person to handle. When we finally got home we had 3 Dr. Pepper and 2 diet and 3 coke. What a joke. The food was the real disappointment. The burger was dry and cold and I couldn’t even get the dog to eat it. The nuggets seemed to be of rubber and the 2 fish fillets needed to be reassembled upon taking them out of the bag. The fry French fries weren’t bad considering they were left over from last week. Four horrible meals, eight incorrect drinks, and not 1 single napkin or any kind of sauce. Not that the dog would’ve eaten any of it even with sauce. Read moreI Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meals, which were advertised on the drive thru menu as costing 6 dollars and 41 cents each. I ordered 2 so I assumed it would be no more than 13 dollars including arizonas sales tax. I get to the window to pay and they tell me the total is 17.29. Seventeen dollars ?!?!? For a sausage sandwich and a piece of potato? I expressed my confusion and concern. And asked that they abide by the price of which was advertised, the same price that's on the menu 10 feet back. They argued me down, insisting that there was nothing they could do to fix it. They bad mouthed me. And refused to give me anything. No wonder why they are short staffed. I work in the neighborhood and have had at least 4 other problems with customer service. But this? This is the icing on the cake. I will never return here. I will let others know about my experience as well. I asked for their names and manager information and they denied to answer me and closed the window in my face. This place ALONE makes McDonald's look terrible. This store needs to be shut down. It's a waste of space and opportunities. Those people don't care about their jobs or the experience they give.
