Panda Express — Restaurant in Phoenix

I had high hopes because this is located near my work and house but everything so far about this place so far has done me wrong. I HAVE COME 3x and every single time my order has been incorrect in one way or another. The first was a catering order where we spend over $150 and another time they gave us someone else’s food and the other they mixed up the order. I imagine it’s not just happening to us. Another thing is the parking lot design is absolutely terrible! When I picked up my catering order I practically had to park at the very end of the parking lot by the dental office next door, and I can’t park in the plaza next door because that’s private property and they had a security guard watching for people doing that. I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location. It’s worth driving to 16th st. The Corporation needs to work on replacing the whole team with a competent staff. I wanted to like it but this is...

Imagine having a conversation with your grandma in the fast food line while a line forms. That's what this location does. Imagine having to honk to end the conversation then imagine getting attitude from the order taker assuming because you ended her little conversation while she was at work. Imagine providing service like this treating me like I'ma problem for having the audacity to made you do what you get paid too. Being short, rude, rushing me and so on. Not to then turn around and not complete the order. Forgetting a spring roll you definitely didn't forget to charge me for. Wow. Not even a year in. your one of the most popular franchises in the world yet you've managed to hold a strong 3.5 stars.....you really don't see why either do you?.... You need new grown up staff not little girls who want to make sure you know they have an attitude....How as panda express do you maintain 3.5...

When entering the restaurant amber and a girl in training Narayan with a M we waited quite a min amber greets us not with a smile just a head nod and we spoke to her there was a new entree the new hot chicken she says no we visit this establishment various times leaving great awesome reviews every visitfor the great service and good food ambar I asked for the fresh rice and she with an attitude tells me ok she takes the old rice Pours it on top of the new rice spins the bowl and spreads the old rice all over the new rice then proceeds to give me old rice the lady amber was so upset that she walked off in the middle of our ordering and before she left she spoke with other employees closely and disappeared she ended up doing Uber and eats orders this was horrible customer service and Amhara attitude was horrible when paying with my own money has a problem with me for requesting fresher food...
