I had high hopes because this is located near my work and house but everything so far about this place so far has done me wrong. I HAVE COME 3x and every single time my order has been incorrect in one way or another. The first was a catering order where we spend over $150 and another time they gave us someone else’s food and the other they mixed up the order. I imagine it’s not just happening to us. Another thing is the parking lot design is absolutely terrible! When I picked up my catering order I practically had to park at the very end of the parking lot by the dental office next door, and I can’t park in the plaza next door because that’s private property and they had a security guard watching for people doing that. Imagine having to honk to end the conversation then imagine getting attitude from the order taker assuming because you ended her little conversation while she was at work. Imagine providing service like this treating me like I'ma problem for having the audacity to made you do what you get paid too. Being short, rude, rushing me and so on. Not to then turn around and not complete the order. Forgetting a spring roll you definitely didn't forget to charge me for. Wow. Not even a year in. your one of the most popular franchises in the world yet you've managed to hold a strong 3.5 stars.....you really don't see why either do you?....
