Had to change this tonight. We been going here for over five years. Tonight after working a double shift (16 hours) I really didnt have the energy to go shopping and cooking dinner. Thought it would be nice to get the kids pizza. Seen they still had the ad up on the wall where I can get 2 xlarge pizza, wings and bread sticks. Damn ok it was pretty good 2 weeks ago and the kids liked it so I order it. They girl working was gonna ring it up and the guy working stopped her and told her no the ad is over. Hmmmm ok. Why is the ad still up? If the ad is still up they should still honor that ad. He wanted to argue with me about it being over and the manger hasn't been there to take it down. And that they been getting into trouble for letting people get the deal on the ad. Again why is the ad still up? If your store is losing money because the ad wasn't taken down when it was over that is a loss you should take. False advertising. I work at subway we never have old ads up but if we did we have to honor the ad. I would never argue with a customer because of a mistake that was mine or the stores. THAT IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS or customer service.
After arguing with me and kept telling me that I was upset he would honor it. Yes I was upset cause the ad was still up and he was waisting my time giving me excuses why it's still up. I wasn't gonna let him talk to me the way he did then make my kids food.
We order here 3/4 times a month. A treat for the kids or working a double shift and too tired to make dinner.
Never had a problem with them before. Sad cause my kids like their pizza and its a good price (feeding 5 kids). I like their parmesan and lemon wings. Win/win. But not anymore. I will take my business to Little Caesars 15 minutes away. If I want wongs I will go out of my way and get long wongs.
I will be calling and talking to management or higher ups. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy said his name was Devon I believe. Employees dont where name badges so he could be lying to me for all I know. Never seen him before. The cashier was great. She always is. Very polite and great with customers.

James informed me that delivery was thru DoorDash, which also was a first for me. It was the quickest anyone has delivered to me, and everything was hot and fresh. The pepperoni pizza was amazing. The crust was warm and soft towards the middle. It had the perfect amount of chew and browning near the outer edge of the crust. Really tasty. I’m normally not a sauce kinda guy, having been known to order “light,” or “easy,” on the sauce. I almost called them back, due to the fact I had forgotten to request easy on the sauce, but I thought better. Just like my reason for ordering pepperoni was to sample a style that I could compare to other pizza establishments, I let them make the pizza, including the sauce, “their way.” I had nothing to worry about, the sauce because it was so delicious. I’ll just order my pizza, “straight up,” from Pizza Patron, as everything they did was perfect, right down to their choice in pepperoni! Now, I just happen to like things like desserts, bagels, biscuits, etc., well browned, to taste that wonderful caramel taste that browning does, and I’ll be darned if the churros were perfectly well browned! The food is great ill give credit where it's due. However their customer service SUCKS. I placed an order around 9:15 with a 35 min wait time. I arrive at 9:54pm to pick up my order with the door locked and the crew member staring at me and not acknowledging me. I called them several times to see if i was still able to get my order only for the same crew member to answer and state "thank you for calling pizza patron , we're closed" and then hangup and hung up on the next call. I left. I spoke with a manager the next morning to speak of my experience with NO resolution. Will not be coming back, there is A LOT more pizza places in the valley and we DO NOT have to come here, they better realize that if they want to earn more business and respect....
